I love millwork shops in general. Orr was a warm and genuine place to go. The staff, in particular Chris, listened to what we wanted to do and suggested options, several if which will work for us.

They seem like good people but quality of their cedar trim wood is not great. Too many pieces were very knotty, bowed, splintered, or damaged. I like the convenience of their location but can't afford all the scrap required to get usable pieces. I'll have to go down south to get my wood.
