They helped me with my older garage door system! Super friendly, paired me with the right remotes (originals were lost), walked me through the synchronization of the remotes, and also tuned up the whole system. Excellent experience and top notch customer service!

The torsion spring on our garage door broke with a loud boom this morning with my car still inside the garage. I called Overhead as soon as they opened and spoke to Sheila who was nice and answered all my questions. She said someone would be out today, great! 10 minutes later Erica called and said it would be in the next 2 hours and they came 30 minutes later. Mike and his co-worker were really nice, got straight to work and replaced the spring in no time! I really appreciate the quick service and kindness on this already crazy Monday!

Guy came out 2 days before scheduled date for estimate, wondered why I didn't answer my phone, no mask, no quote. Not sure I would recommend this place even tho lady on the phone was nice.

They were so efficient and quick. Friendly over the phone and I am sure if we had had contact that they would have been friendly in person. On top of that the price ended up under what they quoted me so that was a nice surprise. 100% suggest them.

I had three companies come out to quote on 3 garage doors. Had to call to get a the quote back. Never answered my questions about automation. The sales man was very rude acted like I was doing them a favor purchasing their products. My family has purchased from Overhead Garage door 4 times in the past 30 years. Never will I ever do business with them after the past experience.

Ronda you and Mike are awesome. I had a emergency situation on the day before Thanksgiving. Garage door cables snapped my wife truck was locked in the garage. You guys delivered and took care of me. Me and my family are grateful thank you both so much. I will refer you guys to anyone A+++ service. You both deserve a raise.

Excellent customer service! Been trying to repair my door myself and got all my parts from them with helpful tips. However ended up having to have them come out! They got to me the next day fixed it right up! Cost was better than I imagined and he was so friendly! Definitely will use them again! Hopefully not too soon though!

A great experience! Our garage door broke late one evening. We thought it was shot and would have to be all replaced. We were already pricing out a whole new setup which we aren't prepared for now. Called the next morning, service manager lady was super friendly and scheduled us for the next day. They came out by 9am the next day. Kevin, the technician; was awesome, explained everything and fixed the issue!

While the door is old and may need to be replaced soon, he managed to get us by for now and all for under $100! Works like a champ now. I requested a quote for new, which they promptly mailed us within 3 days. A great experience overall. Door broken in the middle of winter, but Overhead Door Company of Kalamazoo had us back up and running within 36 hours! A+! Definitely recommend.

Our garage door stopped working over the weekend as we were moving into our house. We had another company quote us for $1400-2364 saying that we would need new springs, a new motor & lift system, and more than likely a new door. The Overhead Door Company came today to give us a quote and told me that we probably only needed new springs and possibly a new gear in the motor.

They ended up replacing the springs and hooking the chain back up for us which cost about $265. We're so happy to have this fixed today rather than in a few weeks and for a fraction of the cost we were previously quoted. The service man was great and very friendly with our pets also. Overall very satisfied with this experience and we will be calling them if we have any more problems in the future!
