I called for garage door repair. They are always so friendly. A technician was able to come out the next day. Kevin was the tech and he was very friendly and efficient. He even gave me a $30 off coupon for my repair. We will call them again for our future needs. I have called before and spoken with someone in parts who was also very helpful and friendly!

They seem like great people based on all interactions I've had in the past few months. I recommend them. They will even install a garage door you haven't purchased from them.

Excellent service. The appointment was easy to schedule and Kevin, the technician, arrived at the appointed time and even texted before his arrival to alert us. He addressed the problem quickly (a broken emergency release) and even went above and beyond in checking the door's safety mechanisms, tightening bolts and lubricating the hardware. We will definitely use Overhead Door again.

Jed was absolutely wonderful! Very informative, and thorough. Our garage door ended up being a easy fix, he went ahead and did a tuneup, and also did our second garage door as well. Just to be nice guy, he did beyond his job. Thanks Jed
