I would like to commend Cedric and Joe for their professional and courteous service with our garage door opener problem today. These techs went above and beyond to be sure the replacement springs were working properly after they replaced a broken spring. As luck would have it, our old Genie door opener was also in need of repair/replacement. The techs offered immediate turn around time by scheduling install of a new garage door opener the following day (Friday), but because of a prior commitment, the install will be scheduled for Saturday instead. I recommend Overhead Door West!

I called with a broken spring system back in February. They came out the next day and fixed it. Way less money than the other companies. I did have an issue though the garage wouldn't shut right after the spring system was installed. I called back the next day and they sent somebody out the next day and took care of the problem.
