P & J Custom Window Coverings

The price was cheap and so are the blinds. They do not fit correctly in the windows. We had a worker come back out to our home to try and fix it. They were unable to fix and had some weird explanation of the way they measure the windows for the blinds. Do not recommend.

Company seems hesitant to stand by warranty of custom shutters. P & J is putting the failure of their product back on me, their customer. Seems materials they used to manufacture the shutters are inferior and cannot withstand normal fluctuations in weather. Most of the custom shutters I purchased have become discolored from the sun after only a few years after installation. Given the cost-UNACCEPTABLE. Be aware.be very aware!

Good price, quality product and they were installed before the holidays. Love the look and the effect the shutters have on keeping the cold air at bay. The French doors had such a cold area near them. It's gone. Everyone was great. Very professional and very helpful. We will definitely use them again and refer them to friends and family.

I had a appointment with April V. To come and go over different options and get a quote. First she was late. Very unprofessional. She didn't even sit down, just started measuring my windows. I asked her if she had any samples? She stated in her car. Then I ask how long the company has been in business? She still never sat down to talk to me. The only time she sat down was to write some prices on a tablet.

I ask her if I could see samples. She went to her car and grabbed a shutter and book. Never once did she suggest any other options. Then I ask for a card and information to go over everything with my husband. She stated, you have no information to just visit your website. Then she wrote on the back of her card the prices she quoted me. She was here maybe 40 minutes. I felt like she didn't think my house was worth her time. I am so disappointed with your service. I will be looking elsewhere. I had other people interested also. Patsy G

This is the second home that I have selected P & J Custom Window Coverings. The window coverings were still holding up strong after 20 years when I sold my first house. Today my new P & J window coverings were installed in my new home. They look great! The entire process was smooth and both representatives (sales and installation) were very professional and did an excellent job.

From our initial call to repair an older shutter, to installing 3 new Legacy shutters in our dining room we are very pleased with the new look and operation of these shutters. They are hinged so we can swing them fully open and they are split horizontally so we can open just the top or bottom.

Sales associate Donna was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining all the options available. Custom shutters were ready earlier than promised. Installer Dillon called to let us know when he was on his way. He was very polite, professional and completed the installation without any problems. We can highly recommend P&J.

They matched new shutters perfectly to our 15 year old wooden shutters, for our bare windows. From the estimator to the installer, all went smoothly and efficiently. We were especially pleased how they covered the very unusual size and shaped windows we had. We were not surprised that the original owner of our home (we bought it recently) hadn't done it.
