Good estimate, reasonable pricing, and highly professional installation, perfectly supervised by Dave. Excellent communication. The dumpster and all the necessary materials were delivered the day before installation. The crew was able to finish the project in one day, they started at 7 am and worked till 8:30-9 pm. They were very careful not to damage our flowers and plants around the house.

They removed most of the garbage, and restored everything at the end of the installation day. The next day a special cleaning team efficiently cleaned up the remaining nails and other small pieces and removed the dumpster. The roof looks beautiful! I would highly recommend PJ Fitzpatrick to anyone.

My job request was done online asking for siding repair and replacement. From the very start I was confident with my choice. John from PJ Fitzpatrick reached out within an hour to set up an appointment and provide great customer service. Then the follow ups via text and email were great to confirm the appointment up to the day of. Very professional.

Then Tyler V. showed up to work with me in getting my siding repaired and another portion scheduled to be replaced. He is a good face for PJ Fitzpatrick because he is courtesy, professional and very knowledgeable. It gives me great comfort knowing a person like Tyler V is on the job! Sam H.

Had PJ Fitz replace ALL of our windows and our back door & storm door. They did a wonderful job and our home looks so much better now. Workers were polite and friendly and happy to answer my questions. They did a beautiful job and were diligent about cleaning up and showing me how to use my new windows and doors. The overall process was great as well, PJ was able to come a whole week earlier than when they originally estimated which was a nice surprise.

These guys took their time and it shows as the job looks so clean. One of the best contractor experiences I've had with my house. My only gripe is that the 2 initial consultations we did (one for initial estimate, then one for a 2nd estimate and price negotiation) both took 3 hours each when we were told 1. But in the end it was all worth it as PJ gave us a nice price and great quality product for it.

One of the best parts was the price i was quoted was the price I paid. Even after a couple sills needed replacement I was not charged a PENNY more than my original estimate. I would definitely recommend them for windows/doors

Very happy with our new walk in shower. Dora and Brandon were excellent at installing. They built a wall, took out the old tub and tile. Clean up was immaculate. Installation is perfection. Rosie was the sales person and she is terrific. Everyone I dealt with are very professional.

The workers at PJ Fitzpatrick are well organized, efficient and very proficient! The came to my home and finished the job in an amazing time! The job was done right the very first time! Dan P called me and let me know what was being done and gave me an updated as to when the job would be completed. He was extremely thorough and answer any questions or concerns!

VERY PLEASED -- AGAIN -- WITH TYLER VESSELS/PJ FITZPATRICK! Tyler/PJ Fitzpatrick did such an excellent job when we hired him last week that I decided to engage him again to do the other job we had discussed -- caulking around the interface between dissimilar surfaces on the exterior of our home, such as around doors, windows, and trim. This time he actually showed up earlier than promised and proceeded to do an excellent job. Much appreciated and highly recommended.

We noticed a leak coming from our roof into the kitchen and immediately called PJ Fitzpatrick. In less than 30 minutes Someone called to set up an appointment. Two days later a representative showed up he played out all our options and gave us a price for the work. Work is now completed and we are very happy with the outcome. The purchase and installation of this custom door was professionally done from start to finish. Sales was helpful in the design, and then I was frequently kept informed of the status of the door - when it would be ready for install. After installation PJ Fitzpatrick was very responsive to items that needed to be addressed. Their service is the best I have experienced among their competitors. The door is beautiful and I am very satisfied. You can depend on PJ Fitzpatrick.

Brad C. did a great job getting our gutters cleaned! We had originally contracted with another company for this job. Set for the middle of November. When they never showed up, the answer to several phone calls was they would be there "in a few days". They never arrived before the gutters froze up. I contacted Fitzpatrick but didnt have much hope since the weather had turned cold.

They assured me they could still handle it. And set up a firm appointment a couple of days later. When Brad arrived at the specified time, he did find the gutters were frozen solid and unable to be cleaned. Several more tries (again with Brad showing up promptly at the specified times), gutters were still frozen. Finally there was a slight warming trend and Fitzpatrick scheduled to try to get the work done. Again, Brad and his partner arrived on time and quickly took care of the job. We'll definitely go with Fitzpatrick again next year! And get the process moving earlier.

We've had our storm door for about 15-20 years and a month ago the closers and handle all decided to give out on me. Kevin came out and replaced our old worn out closers with a heavy duty one, fixed up our door handle and got us back in working condition in 25 minutes flat. Great experience and great technician. Really nice guy and knowledgeable and we would definitely use them again in the future when we inevitably need to replace the storm door entirely. 5 stars.

Tyler and the team at PJ Fitzpatrick were fantastic at helping us finalize our home repair from the Tornado that hit the area in early Sept. Tyler provided us a comprehensive quote for multiple repair jobs (Roof capping, siding, facia, gutters). The prices were reasonable and the work was high quality; completed shortly after sign off. Tyler even connected directly with our insurance adjuster to help ensure the costs we incurred were covered. Would highly recommend Tyler and PJ Fitzpatrick for home repair in the future.

This company converted my bath shower into a walk-in shower. They were on time, neat and polite, Even offered to help me carry in cases of water! Made an appointment to have my roof inspected for a repair. I was given a window between 12 and 5. They said someone would call 20 minutes before. At 2:45 i called and asked if they had an idea what time i could expect them and i was told i was on the schedule, someone will call shortley. At 4:50 pm I called again asking if they were still coming.

She assured me someone would be out. No one ever showed up nor did they call and tell me they could not make it. No call to reschedule. What a waste of time. I left work early too. That is wrong to treat people like this.

Person coming to repair my roof never showed up. Person who quoted on a new roof, didn't respond to questions sent by email. Called to find out why, sent a text to find out why, responded to a survey to find out why; still don't know.

My mom had the roof done a decade ago and it continues to leak to this day. It's ruined a ceiling of the bedroom underneath it and this company got some subcontractor to just paint the ceiling. Not to fix or remove the water damage just to paint the ceiling. This roof continuously freaking leaks! My mother is a senior citizen and can't get into the Attic So without other people she would have no idea.

The amount of water damage done to her home from this company is ridiculous. We have given them so many damn chances to get it right the first time and it took them years to even admit they they did anything. They don't care about senior citizens or doing the right thing.

Brad and Victor came out to replace two aging and rotted out porch posts. They were extremely communicative throughout the process, and kept me informed on any minor changes necessary, as well as advice for future upkeep and maintenance. Both did a great job with the removal, replacement, and finishing work afterwards--even with the exciting thunderstorms and downpours. Skilled, knew their stuff, and instilled confidence in me that they knew what they were doing! Additionally, setting up the appointment was easy. Granted there was a bit of a wait given the COVID-19 issues and work load they are under, but Victor was punctual on the estimate date, and we scheduled the repair same day. I would definitely recommend this company, as they clearly employ people who aren't just trying to rush off to the next job, leaving one poorly done.

Actually, zero stars. This company advertises free estimates for various home improvements. I wanted an in-home estimate on replacing my bath area with a walk-in shower. I made an appointment for them to send someone over @ 1PM on 5/18/20. Nobody showed up. When I called them, they claimed that somehow the appointment had been cancelled. I never cancelled this appointment.

They said they would reschedule me for the next day (5/19/20) @ 10AM. Once again, nobody showed up. This time when I called, they claimed they had "no record" of this appointment ever being scheduled. If this is how this company operates on such an incompetent level, I will never call them again.

Called to setup an appointment for a quote concerning roofing installation. Appointment was set for Saturday, I called on a Tuesday. I recieved a reminder call on Thursday and a confirmation call on Friday. When the appointment time on Saturday arrived only crickets could be heard. I waited one hour and still no call or no show from this company. I called to inquire concerning the whereabouts of the technician.

The representative stated that he see the schedule appointment in the system. However the manager wasn't sure if my roof was a flat roof. I already explained during the initial call that it was not. And I mentioned that my neighbor recommended me which is a clear indication that they have worked on my style of house before. My time is valuable and I found this highly unprofessional.

Before the representative could finish his sentence to ask if I wanted to reschedule I was like no thank you. If this is an indication of future service's I'm good.

We had 2 roof tiles blow off during recent wind storm, all I needed was someone to go on roof and replace, they showed up on day scheduled and the tech that fixed was good. I supplied the materials, the job was about 40 minutes. Price was $275! Way overpriced, we were stuck because of the times we are in, I told him to do it, I didn't have a choice to get any one else out. So basically $275 and used my materials for 40 minute job. Then he asked if I had a coupon? What's the reAl price? Never again, over priced, and taken advantage of.

At first everything seemed great. They were quick to respond and even offered me a coupon. I had the most simple fix that took the person 3 minutes to finish. They gave me a price that was 190 dollars for those 3 minutes. I called the office and asked for an explanation and asked why I could not use my discount coupon. Even though they control the rates they made me go back and debate my fee with the technician on site who told me he has no way of offering discounts.

They disallowed my coupon and showed just horrible customer service. The technician was so nice and he did good work. I wish I could reccomend the technician and not the company because he would get 5 stars and the company doesn't even deserve 1 star.

Complete rip off. They come out to give you an estimate that is ridiculously high and when you tell them thanks but no thanks, you have to pay for the ridiculously high estimate. Stay away!

Usually a good place to rely on, but I've had my final dealings with them. I've used them previously and all work was completed ok; not great, but ok. Good enough for the value, service and schedule to warrant my business in the future. Until today. I have a leak in my roof and called for them to repair the leak. A week's lead time, I figured there wasn't an issue.

I scheduled my day off and selected their timeframe accordingly. As 30 minutes were left on the clock of their time window, I called PJ Fitzpatrick. Scheduling error. We cannot make the appointment as we had scheduled. Sorry. We can offer 10% off your job. That was the response. Who is going to pay for my vacation day!? Who is going to pay for my second day off!?

Can PJ Fitz make accommodations to come out on a weekend or evening as a customer accommodation? Negative. Higher than average pricing is something I don't have an issue paying for when service and honoring a commitment is involved. This company fell way short of that commitment and has lost a customer for life. Don't fall victim to their coupon guise or specials that are run. It's like airlines these days; overbook and hope for a cancellation. Well, for those in a situation where cancellation is not an alternative, your competitors are.

They failed to show up for scheduled appointment for front door replacement. Appointment was scheduled weeks prior, they confirmed with me multiple times and today no one calls no one shows up. Says a lot about the professionalism in the company, or lack thereof. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Avoid these guys they will jerk you around they dont care about your time

They did such a great job with our siding that we hired them again for our windows. I wish they offered more services. They were customer service oriented, arrived on time and met the projected completion date.

Amateur hour! If you're looking to get jerked around, this is the company to do business with. After talking with 2 of their reps via phone call, they scheduled me in for an estimate. Insisted that all homeowners are present for the estimate, so my husband took a day off from work for this, to later get a phone call at 3:30pm the day of the estimate saying they're not coming at 5pm for the estimate because the work requested is not within their area of expertise.

What ever happened to a courtesy call to cancel within a reasonable timeframe? You contact us 1.5 hours prior to our appointment with you to cancel? Remind you, they pride themselves on storm damage, windows, doors, siding, gutters, etc. all of which I stated I needed an estimate for. I was also told by their rep that they are priced much higher than most companies for the work they do and insurance companies don't approve their bids.

What company actually admits this to a potential client? Sitting here, shaking my head at the stupidity that transpired. They did me a favor turning down this work, judging by the fools they hired as customer service reps, lord only knows the caliber of people actually doing the work.
