I worked with Kubala to pick out a new front door and storm door to replace the old door and storm door that desperately needed to be replaced at my house. The salesman worked with me to pick out exactly what we wanted. We scheduled the install based on the door lead time. They came out when scheduled and did a great job on the install. The company was great every step of the way.

They even called while the installers were there to make sure everything was going well, and we spoke again before the installers left to make sure everything went well and I was happy. If you need new doors or windows and are unsure where to go, give Kubala a chance. I am a very happy customer and will would work with them again on any future needs.

The sales team was incredibly knowledgeable about their products as well as their competitors. I made the choice to go with Kubala because of this. I had gotten quotes from two of their main competitors and Kubala ran through the exact same description of the products from Renewal by Anderson and Window World. I was highly impressed. The installation crew was wonderful as well.

They understood I had dogs, listened to what I needed installed right away, and were very quick, I couldn't believe it only took them a day to get my house done. I highly recommend Kubala for windows and doors.

We had a great experience with Kubala Home Improvements. The person that came out to the house to consult with us was very professional and helpful to us with selecting the appropriate windows for our home. He explained the process through and through and it went pretty much exactly as planned from the ship date right up to delivery and installation.

The windows are beautiful and functional. We received quotes from many different companies and Kubala won our business. Wonderful experience right from the start. Knowledgeable salesman who was not pushy, the quality is excellent and the price competitive. The installers were professional, cleaned up after themselves, and paid attention to detail. We were super happy with Kubala's very professional service. They told us when they would arrive, what they would do and discussed any "problems" along the way. They were prompt. They used drop cloths throughout the house. They actually vacuumed up after themselves! A lot of places say they will do this, but they are the 1st I've actually had do it.

We had a "beast" of a window problem, of the 5 companies that we had look at our problem, 3 ran away and the 4th was priced a LOT higher. Kubala won the bid - not sure if they regretted it afterwards! Day 1 they replaced 7 double hung and a large picture window/2DH on sides, Day 2 & 3 was our "beast". A huge bay window with DH on either side, the frame was rotted so they had to remove: old windows, frame, roof, ceiling floor, the whole structure! Rebuild and replace. We are so happy, this window is our favorite feature of our house. Wish we had found Kubala's sooner!

We had our 2 very old and dated bay windows updated to picture windows. They came out beautiful! Changes the whole look of the house and so happy to have something high quality and energy efficient in place now. The installers were quick and efficient and super nice. Would highly recommend!

What better home improvement project to do during a pandemic than replace windows? We ordered/purchased our windows 8 months ago and they were finally installed a week ago. There were various supply chain issues, but Kubala was very communicative throughout the entire process. Beverly was thorough in finding out answers to our questions, as well as prompt.

Once finally scheduled, the team arrived on time, kept our house as warm as possible on one of the coldest days of the year, and left everything as tidy as they found it. We noticed a couple of issues, but Kelley called right when we were thinking about contacting the company and had a service person call and schedule the return visit within an hour. All in all, we would definitely do business with them again.

Could not have been more pleased with installation of our windows. Todd and Brian showed the utmost professionalism in their work. Showed up promptly when they said they would be there, worked consistently throughout the day, were very flexible to any requests we had as my wife works from home and needed access to her workspace at certain times in the day. Cleaned up everyday, you would never had known we had any work done outside of seeing the beautiful new windows. Wish every experience with a contractor would be like this one.

My wife and I were looking to replace our older Anderson windows which were a little drafty and just didn't seem air tight. We decided to make an appointment with Kubala Home Improvement because of the on line reviews. What really stood out to us was that nearly every review raved about what a great experience they received from the Kubala team. When reviewing other top window companies, the reviews were all over the spectrum and poor customer service seemed to be a common theme. Chris came to our home with a fantastic presentation and made it easy to move forward with a beautiful window.

We also decided to replace a sliding door. (Beverly)Customer Service department, (Brian and Todd) Installers were very professional and hard working. Kubala rep Kelley did a follow up visit to our home to make sure that we were happy with our experience. Kubala Home Improvement did not disappoint! We had our sliding glass door and kitchen window replaced by Kubala. Our old slider was crooked and allowed water to leak in, out installer was able to fix the frame and remove and repair all the water damage so our new one fits perfectly! The window we thought was going to be simple, but turns out there was extensive water damage around the frame.

The installer was thorough and efficient removing and replacing all the damaged areas for us (all with no extra charge!). We felt bad about all the extra time/work he had to do but installer stayed positive and worked 11 hours to fix everything. We really appreciated the attention to detail and effort put into our job and will definitely be using Kubala for future projects.

I just had some windows installed by Kubala Home Improvement and I couldn't be happier. The installer was amazing and did a great job with the installation. He was courteous, knowledgeable, on time, and professional. The windows are easy to open and close, the clarity is 100 times better than my old distorted view from my old windows, also the new windows improved the look of the house on the outside as well.
