Premier Window is truly a very professional company. From the start, the estimate, with Randy to the installation of the windows, with the two man crew (Peter & Martin) everything was top notch. Premier was the first of four I was going to get an estimate from but after the presentation and window quote from Randy I signed the contract right there and cancelled the other appointments. The windows, the interface with staff and the total cost was truly phenomenal. Great Job Premier!

The installers and rest of team were very friendly, knowledgeable and paid attention to detail. Even helped me out with putting my blinds back up. I highly recommend Premier. Steve was very detailed when we were first shopping around and very informative. When we pulled the trigger and it was time for the install.his install crew was very professional and had a great experience with the installs of all of our windows, patio door, and front door. I would to share my experiences with Premier Windows. While I was president of our association with 164 unit owners we had Premier Windows installed all new security entrances doors for over 28 entrances. These doors were all professionally installed by their own installers. We then had over 13 slide windows installed in our garage area in the Old Two section of the community.
Again top quality products and installation. So, I was now replacing windows in my own unit and came back to Premier Windows for the same quality, price and great installation by their professional installers. Premier Windows has the best customer service I have ever experienced. I can refer them knowing the great work performed. I love my new windows!

I cannot express how happy we are that we chose Premier Quality Windows and Siding. We needed a new front door, patio door and two windows replaced. After doing our due diligence, we decided to go with Premier. Steve is great and upfront about everything and our installers were professional and most importantly, skilled in their craft. We worked with Steve to have our windows, siding, and rear patio door replaced. He was very professional and easy to work with. He could answer our technical questions about the materials and installation procedures that other contractors could not. We were concerned about the window replacement during the pandemic, but the installation crew was very professional and wore masks, gloves, took their shoes off and covered the floor and any nearby furniture.
They were true craftsmen and did a quality job. They took their time and did the job right. The siding crew was also very professional, worked hard, and took their time to do a quality job as well. The crews were small so we could watch the progress and ask questions or make minor changes which would not have been possible with some companies that have large crews and bang the job out in a day or two.
We are very pleased with the results. It's like we have a new house and have received many complements. We have already noticed a significant difference in the thermal efficiency of our house. If you want quality materials and workmanship, call Premier.

Professional, polite, respectful, and honest! From Steve coming to measure the windows to his install team, the communication throughout the process could not have been better. The thoroughness of the install team is obvious and they could not have been better. Each day they were at my house, they thoroughly clean their work area and ensured we were satisfied. Upon Steve's final inspection of the windows/install, he spotted a manufacturer error with one window and is replacing it free of cost. We will be using them again!

Premier installed new windows and a new sliding glass door. Steve was very knowledgeable and responsive. The installers were professional and did a good job of covering the floors and furniture, and cleaning up after themselves. My installation was in winter, which is not an ideal time to put windows and doors in, but it was painless and mess free. Premier quoted a much better price than another place for more features. Good experience all around.

Steve and his team are awesome! I had new windows installed throughout my townhome (living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom window), and I'm very pleased with the work! We had all of our windows done in our home. Great service at all points in the process. What prompted me to write the review was we lost power last week Sunday on a very cold day. Our house for several hours never dropped a degree. Our neighbor who have not done their windows yet dropped quickly during that time. We love the new windows!

Tom and Steve worked with me to find windows to suit HOA; extra effort-research for compliance. Quality products in 8 wood windows and 2 storm doors for myhome in Geneva. Both installations crews went the extra. step to deliver and install a beautiful product. I am now moved in and they even replied with a 'thanks for your business' card.

We recently had all new windows installed, including a new garden window. We could not have been happier. We started with a visit to the showroom. Tom showed us different options and helped us choose what was. best for us. He is very knowledgeable. The installers were very professional, and finish carpenters were excellent. Everything was cleaned up after each day. Steve went above and beyond and returned to do some staining that we did not want to do ourselves. We highly recommend Premier Quality Windows.
