I've been coming here for years since our house is getting old and things need to replaced. This place really understands how to provide good customer service. Taking and fulfilling orders is just the bare minimum, but how you deal with a problem when it comes up is what sets you apart from the rest. I ran into an issue when installing a window sash which led to a broken piece. I came in and they helped me fix it right away.

RB Glass & Mirror was great to work with! Had trouble finding someone to come fix the broken hinges on our glass shower door - being that it was a small job, thought a handyman could just fix it but none of them would take it on. Thankfully our old realtor recommended RB Glass & Mirror and they were responsive, professional and honest from start to finish. Rick, the technician, came early on day of appointment and finished the repair quickly and neatly - even better was that he was so friendly and cheerful. Will definitely call them again when needed in future!

Christy is the best. I needed a new glass top shelf for my TV stand to accommodate a larger TV. When I went to take off the current top shelf I noticed there were silver mounts that attached the glass shelf to the TV stand. I wasn't sure how to get those mounts to the new glass shelf. We decided to epoxy the new glass to the existing glass. It was an easy solution and worked exactly as I hoped. They were prompt and very helpful with the entire project. Good price too.

First of all, there's a very quick response to my inquiry for a very small job and at an affordable price (installing glass for 4 small cabinet doors) Honest, modern, and professional but operated like a Mom and Dad business in a small town: friendly and simply straightforward. And I love that as I've rarely seen these kinds of business nowadays. I will simply recommend my coworkers, friends, and family to this business!

The crew at RB Glass & Mirror was a huge help with a last minute window pane replacement. Dropped it off early a.m. and was ready to go soon after lunch. Had an identical project a month later and unfortunately had to go elsewhere. Wish I had the chance to have them complete the second job. We'll done!

I had RB Glass & Mirror come out to my home to price a new shower door installation. I had to follow up with them multiple times to first respond to my initial call, and then to provide the quote within the time frame that they promised. Their quote was a little higher than another quote that I received, but I liked Andy and I wanted to work with them.

I politely asked Christy if they could lower the price a little, and she responded by saying that they would decline the job. I expressed surprise that she would just decline the job without any further discussion. She responded by telling me that I was wasting her time, and she didn't respond to any further communications. Thankfully there are many businesses that I can support and I don't need to deal with someone who is quite so entitled.

We had RB glass install our shower enclosure. Their price was competitive with the other bids. Throughout the process the communication from the office was excellent. On the date of the initial installation, Rick noticed a blemish on the panel of glass. I appreciated his attention to detail. They came back two weeks later with a new panel of glass and the job was completed. Our experience with RB glass was outstanding and we would highly recommend them.

I broke a stupid closet mirror door on accident and RB glass could not have been more helpful, got it dropped off with no issues, they turned it around at a great price in a matter of days which was awesome (this was out of a rv so I needed a fast turn around before storing the rv again) anyway they turned it around in great time and helped deliver it because I could not get to them in the hours there open. super helpful this place is the best.

In the middle of Covid, these guys fixed a problem that three other glass companies refused to even bid on because the window was huge and high up. They wore masks and only came inside briefly for the initial inspection. When they replaced the window, they didn't even need to come inside. It took an hour. I was amazed. I had to ask another glass company's employee to please wear a mask.

I had to call that same glass company twice to find out that they didn't want to do the job. All my future glass work will be with RB Glass. These people are pros. Plus they seem like a happy group. Thank you for fixing a long-standing problem!

I approached RB Glass to see if they could fit a customised glass door in an archway to my open plan office. I am so glad I did. The engagement process with Christy and the consultation and fitting with Andy was excellent from start to finish. The end product is superb too. I would not hesitate to recommend them

Both people that showed up were very nice, but they were unable to do the work since the sliding glass door was not safety glass. To remove it was a huge hazard.

Extremely decent people! I went in to inquire about getting a piece of glass. I told them it was for a lady whose movers broke a 3 foot piece of cabinet glass. Their response was, Well. If your helping a little old lady then we're going to give it to you for $?.? I won't say how little the cost but I was put back on heels. I'll tell you that much. Amazing.

Excellent customer service! I had major issues with my contractor. Rick and the entire staff were compassionate, and so helpful during this highly stressful project! I will be eternally grateful for their many kindnesses!

My mother had some mirrors cut here. They are very professional and helpful. The service was done in a timely manner and they even helped us bring the mirrors to load onto our truck. I completely recommend doing business with them.

RB Glass did a Excellent Job. Andy and Rainer came out measured are bathroom shower. It was custom with two stationary pieces and then the door. I added a piece above the door that pivoted to close it in for a steam shower. Andy and Rainer came back a week later to install and everything turned out great. I was very impressed with the care and attention that they put into there work. They are very meticulous. Attention to quality, best in the business. They picked up there mess and vacuumed everything up. I would strongly recommend RD GLASS to anyone.
