Extremely un responsive. I had a new garage door installed and while the end product was great, it has no reflection on this business. The business itself was not responsive or communicative nor timely in the original installation. I have since it needed service and I have been waiting over a month for an estimate and reinforcement service to get me through the summer because they said they were months out with receiving product. All the more reason to secure an estimate and place orders so that I don't get my garage door operational after the summer has come and gone. Terrible service.

I purchased a new garage door from R & R and am very happy with the experience! I shopped around and found their price to be very competitive. They were very flexible in scheduling the install. The installer did a great job; he was very detailed and knowledgeable, explained preventative maintenance and was overall a very pleasant person on a freezing, January day!

This company has been out to "fix" my door twice in a year after having 2 sets of springs break. I find out from another company the wrong springs are installed and has caused damage to the rails and parts are wearing against each other. I called today to ask about this and their receptionist talked over me to get me off the phone and as I'm asking her a question tells me " Ok.
I gotta go catch another phone call.bye" and hangs up. I did receive a call from the owner who stated they would make it right and immediately scheduled a follow up call by the techs. Only negative right now is the receptionist needs some training on customer service.

Had a garage door spring break over the Labor Day weekend. I called Tuesday morning and got scheduled for the next day. The guys called me while they were on their way to let me know they were coming. They showed up, got right to work, and were done in less than 30 minutes. Great service, great job.

I had a garage door spring break on a Holiday weekend. No worries, as the R&R folks told me how to get the door open, and then showed up the next day to replace both of the original (19 year old) springs for less than $300! The gentleman who came understood that my wife was in a meeting online, and that I was teaching a class, so he professionally finished the work, checked the whole system, cleaned up and was on his way, no hassles! HIGHLY recommended!

I needed a garage door repair and found R&R Doors' decal on our door. They came out the same day I called and sent me very reasonable quotes with options the very next day. Once I confirmed the work I needed they scheduled repair for the next day! Cody arrived early and did a great job on the repair. We'll be having them back to replace another door soon. Professional, prompt, friendly and at a great price. I'm impressed.

Learn from my mistake and do not get your garage doors from anyone other than R&R Doors. We actually contacted R&R Doors to help fix the mistakes of a Madison company that has 4.8 stars on google. I would have saved hundreds of dollars if I just went with R&R Doors the first time! They are THE best!

My elderly relative's garage door would not open and they needed to get their car out of the garage as soon as possible. I live out of state so I googled repair companies and began calling. I called about a dozen and either no one answered or no one was able to help until the next day, at the earliest. I reached out to friends from the area and someone suggested R&R.
The lady on the phone couldn't have been more empathetic to the situation and immediately looked to see if they could help that day. Indeed she was able to send someone out, and they arrived within an hour and promptly replaced rusted cables and springs. I highly recommend this company for their customer service, professionalism and prompt response to my urgent situation.

Super happy with the entire experience. My garage door need a good amount of maintenance and tuning. The person I talked to when scheculding was very friendly and they were able to book me in for two days out. The person who did the job was on time, friendly, and professional. The garage door is now operating better than it ever did before. The price was right where I expected, so I'm happy about that too. I will definitely recommend to others!

Ron is the smartest door man on the planet. I have a repair shop that has eight garage doors. For 13 years I tried to buy door openers. Every two years I would call three garage door companies and they would tell me it couldn't be done because of ceiling height and vehicle placement. Mike Rodrigez from fix'm home repair recommended him. He came to my shop and said no problem.
