RCS Garage Doors

Our door require fixing asap due to its a business location and couldnt get no service from RCS for a couple months with us being literally in the same building.

RCS were very polite when I called to set up an appointment, and they were able to get someone out the next day. Trey was prompt and very polite. He was able to adjust my garage doors so there was no longer large enough gaps on each side for snakes & geckos to get it. He also replaced my wall switch which was going bad. He completed the job in less than 30 minutes. He also went the extra mile in helping me get a glue trap from unstuck to some plastic. RCS prices are reasonable and they always provide great service.

Trey from RCS came out a few months ago to install a new garage door motor and that went great. It was quick, fairly priced, install was very clean and he picked up everything on his way out! I just recently had an issue with the cables getting crossed up and Trey was the tech that came out again (same day) and quickly fixed it at no cost since it was still under their warranty. Great experience with RCS, I'd definitely recommend them!

The people over at RCS Garage Doors have been amazing! After waiting 6+ months for fulfillment of my order, finally getting to talk to these guys got the ball rolling and was helpful in a way no one else related to this had been in months! Recently had a new garage door installed. Entire process was fantastic. Installer was experienced and knowledgeable and did a great job putting in the new door, frame, and motor. Only issue with the process was lead time on the door getting in, but supply chain is an issue everywhere these days. Definitely recommend RCS for any garage door needs as customer service is great and pricing is good as well!

The professionalism at this company is superb! After a broken spring went off like a bomb in my garage, I searched the internet for who to quote/call. After my first call to RCS Garage Doors and speaking with Ryan, I had already decided to hire them to come out and fix the issue. They were on time, gave me a heads up of travel time, professional and kind.

Never made me feel stupid for asking any questions. Ended up putting a new door and tracking system in (desperately needed an upgrade anyway). Their techs Trey and Eric were knowledgeable and swift with their work. I can't say enough great things about RCS and their technician Trey. It started with a phone call to set up an appointment to replace my garage door opener, Eunice was extremely pleasant and professional and scheduled the appointment, in fact after scheduling the appointment, I received a text message confirmation. The day that Trey was scheduled I received a text message he was on his way, when he arrived he was knowledgeable, pleasant, professional and explained what I needed, unfortunately he didn't have the opener on his truck.

He rescheduled the installation for another day. Today he sent a text he was on his way, he arrived and set everything up and spent extra time showing me how everything worked and even programmed my keypad and app on my phone. In todays world it's hard to find good people and company's but RCS is a step above! If you ever need any work done on your garage door call them you won't be disappointed! They installed my garage door opener to an upgraded, quieter model and actually sold me down from the model I asked about. This just showed me the type of integrity and customer attention they provide. They recently came to adjust my door and I had they change the rollers on the door to help quiet the setup even more, since my son's room is above the garage. Would recommend RCS 10/10 times.

RCS was great. The technician, Trey, was very helpful and showed us how to access the app to operate the garage door remotely. He even took the time to help out one of our neighbors with a problem they were having with their remote. I would certainly recommend RCS to my friends and neighbors.

We just had a garage door installed by RCS Garage Doors. The experience was fantastic from start to finish. Customer service was always impeccable. Ryan came out and game us a quote. He was very clear about what would be needed and had the quote ready quickly. Such a nice guy. We were kept updated about when our door would be ready. Have only good things to say about RCS. Start to finish it was a great experience. We had a big project. Adding an additional garage door in our shop and installing a new 2 post lift. From office staff to professional installers, everyone was knowledgeable, patient, polite. We booked RCS Garage door after shopping around and getting quotes from 3 competitors. The sales team stood out and helped us choose what was best for our project. After booking, the door arrived in the quoted 2 week time which was perfect since we are expecting our first child any day. The contractor on our job missed a small piece so when the. team showed up to install the garge door, the structure was not ready. RCS rescheduled for the very next day and executed in less than 2 hrs.

We found this company on yelp when I backed in the garage door and my husband failed at trying to fix it (oops!). We did a quick yelp search, called at 8pm and they were at our house around 10am the next day. Our technician Richard was so kind and knowledgeable. He fixed our garage door quickly and cheaply and I swear it even runs much quieter now.

Definitely recommend! Just bought a new motor from them this week. Called the day after Christmas that our door stopped working and they were there the next morning and out in an hour! Can't get any better!

Five-star experience from scheduling the appointment to the service call. Matt was great to work with (and my garage door wasn't really broken). He spent time explaining what happened, inspected my door to make sure everything else was working properly and even installed a remote opener (I thought I would have to schedule a second appointment). I am definitely a RCS customer for life, and you should be too!

I am very disappointed in your company as I recommend you to my stepson. He purchased a garage door and a new opener based on my recommendation. Today you failed to show at the appointed time, sent one person to install an 18 foot door, and then you did not install the desired opener accessories. In all, you wasted his day and cost him over $200. in lost business.

You did a good job for me and I spent weeks building up your company and your products. The techs were excellent, but the problem is your front office. This instance was in no way the techs fault. He didn't even know what time he was supposed to arrive! The techs did an outstanding job and my stepson finally got what he wanted. But for it to take an entire day to accomplish it is ridiculous! Personally, I am pissed that I recommended RCS and the boneheads in your office screwed it up.

I had a garage door spring break this afternoon and I contacted RCS. They had a technician at my house within a couple hours. Josh was quick and professional. He replaced the spring and lubricated the door. The door is operating well and is much more quiet than before. I will use them again in the future and recommend them to others. The price was very reasonable.

One of my torsion springs had broken so I called around. Matthew from RCS Garage Doors called me back. He was polite, knowledgeable and honest. I called the next morning and they scheduled me for the same day, moving the schedule around to accommodate me. The men came in the time specified and I even got a text w the technician's name that he was en route to my home. Donnie arrived w a colleague, both men were polite and answered all my questions. They worked quickly and efficiently. The labor has a 30 day warranty and the springs 5 years. Their price was fair and I even got the Yelp discount! Thank you RCS!

Wow! I would have never known getting a pull down door installed on my trailer was going to be so hard! I called 6 local companies (well sprung, Aladin etc.) to get estimates. They even took 7 days to get back to me and then said "sure we can do that job".and after inspecting it, the all said "we don't do THESE kinds of doors".and they all wasted my time.all except 1. RCS Ameriserv. Joe kicked major ass. He cares has good guys that know how to handle all types of door issues. I highly recommend them Corey

We hired this company to repair our garage opener early in the week of August 7. It took three weeks, and we still do not have all that we need Initially, they arrived at a time when we were not expecting (which would become typical of them). Then we were told that they did not have the type of opener in stock and would need to order it. I explained that we would be gone for the weekend and coming week and asked if we could have it asap so as to have our home secure while we were gone.

We were promised by a man named Mike that they would overnight it and due to this request we would need to pay the full amount which I did. We never received the opener until over one week late, and once again they arrived at a time when I specifically said I would not be home. They installed it without my being here and left one car garage opener thrown over with some shoes that we have outside our door.

We were also told that because it took so long we would be compensated for our earlier than usual payment. We never received any compensation. We requested a second car garage opener since we have two cars and have had to call twice to remind them of this. We have yet to receive this, and we are now in our third week of dealing with this company. This company is filled with incompetency and unprofessionalism. Obviously, we will never deal with them again, and I would advise others to follow suit. There are too many decent garage opener companies in this area. Go to one of them!

I used ameriserv for two project one for client and Another for a personal service. The client service was perfect and had no issue. The personal a technician showed up and there was a miscommunication on who would be installing the outlet for the door opener. I would have scheduled that through an electrician had I known they couldn't do it.

I was under the impression they were able to do it. So I'm now having to arrange an electrician around the holidays to put the outlet in. So far I've had no luck in doing so. Lesson learned always get an itemized list of services on the invoice you've paid for in advance.

Honest, fair, and efficient with both time and costs. Solid business ethics and delivery of services.
