Real Woods Inc. was founded in 2001. Since that time we have strived to bring the finest doors and trim mouldings to our customers. Our business is constantly changing to meet the needs of those customers. In-stock we have many common hardwoods as well as primed trim mouldings including crown moulding, baseboard, and window and door casing.

With our state of the art machinery, we have the ability to create any custom moulding, by grinding a custom moulding knife to your specifications. My wife and I just completed renovations to our home and were lucky enough to have ordered a new front door system from Real Woods Inc. The new door is not only a beautiful piece of fine craftsmanship made to order; it is up to the latest codes and hurricane standards. Thought this was a descent outfit Till my last order of Shiplap came in had it delivered (2 boards short) Ordered 23 received 21 (joke) So we peeped the Shiplap which is pre primed We sanded with sanding sponge( block) We sprayed 3 coats pro classic ( semi -gloss) A light sanding and 3 coats of sherwin Williams pro classic would hide any imperfections in the Shiplap Boards have seams every 12 inches Called to return product for either new boards or money back I was told I get what I get and that's it we can't take it back if it's painted ( crooks) So they blame the installer and on to the next victim ( thanks Jason @ real garbage)

At first they seemed too busy to be bothered with helping me. Maybe its because I only needed one door so they didn't care about my order. not sure. Anyways i brought a door in to be matched, they told me to place my door in the shop and they would take care of it. i called back a few days later as they never got back to me to find out THEY LOST MY DOOR before even matching it.
I let this go and continued to give them measurements for my door and they said they would make it for me. It has now been over a month with no information from them. They wont even return my emails. What a waste. Who does business like this? Tell a customer you cant take their business if you are going to treat them like this. Reminds me of how i would have conducted business when I was 15. who losses a door

Fantastic lumber company with lots of different woods. The make everything from glued tables to doors and frames. If you need it they will get it. Very friendly and incredibly helpful. On East off 12th. Easy to find, parking can be a problem. Worth a trip. Ask for Jason, what he doesnt lnow about wood isnt worth knowing.
