Service is always quick and the quality is always high. I can't remember the names of all the people who have been out to assist at our property but the one name i do remember is Logan: talk about a friendly and well informed representation of this company. He communicates well, provides options as far as service requires and is always quick to complete the task at hand. 10/10 would definitely, and highly, recommend Reflections Glass!

We ordered some glass cabinet shelves after getting a quote from several places. After we took the shelves home we noticed that the price charged was about 50% higher than quoted. An email sent two weeks ago to the business and the person who provided the quote asking for the reasons for the price difference have not been answered.

I wasn't impressed at all. Had 3 windows in my truck replaced, get the truck back and the drivers door and rear passengers door windows didn't even work. the back was off the track and the drivers door. I have no idea if jusf didn't work. when I went to see why it wasn't working I noticed they busted the clips for the trim that covers the mirror bolts inside the door. so they used some black glue stuff and glued it back on. they also busted a little part of the trim on the outside but indidnt really care about that bc it was a easy fix. now before I could take it back my truck was stolen from my driveway and now the truck is gone they don't have to fix anything. think they have tried to refund any money? Nope they barely even wanted to reply by email to send me a receipt for my insurance

I stopped in-person to see if Reflections could assist me in repairing a very old window in a very old home I had broken. The staff was exceptionally friendly and eager to help. After going to a competitor and being completely let down, these guys were refreshing and treated me like a valued customer. In fact, not only did they assist me in getting it repaired, but they did so the same day I requested it!
Their price was more than reasonable and their work was done in a quality manner, while being expedited. Only great things to say about this place. Thank you John, the technician, and staff for making the process not seem like a business transaction but just a friend helping another friend.
