Less than 8 years later, one of my windows broke for no reason. I contacted the company, and 2 1/2 months later, I still can't get an answer on how to get this window repaired. UPDATE: I was notified that the window was finally approved. It is supposed to be shipped late June and installed on July 5th. I guess there was some turnover, and my case somehow fell through the cracks, no pun intended.

Starting with my visit with Kelly at the Renewal Store to the followup call from Vadim, my sales consultant, to see everything was done to my satisfaction, I cannot ask for better care. Every step of the process was seamless and was treated like a VIP. Armando and Luke were professionals and left my home, neat, clean and tidy. Melissa was also a wonderful person. I. would recommended Renewal by Anderson to anyone who ask.

Beautiful showroom. Great staff. Highly recommend. Tell them Tim's friend Jeremy Hood sent you. I've known the owner/partner for 20+ years. They do not make more respectable or positive human beings than Tim. Anderson windows are some of the highest quality windows on the market. With Renewals pre install work shop and paint shop the speed and quality of your onsite install will be remarkably quick and efficient. Great company.

I know from experience that Anderson Windows are quality windows, so no one needed to "sell me" on that point. However, I was extremely disappointed in our sales rep when he came to the house. I felt rushed, he spent very little time educating us about the window options and didn't even bring sufficient materials to show us the different options that were available.
When we decided that coming to the showroom would be our best bet so we could get a better visual of the windows (and not his version drawn out on a scrap piece of paper), he couldn't even meet us on a Friday convenient for us because he said he plays cards that day. My first impression was that he really didn't care if we bought windows for our entire home or not.
My second impression was "what the hell happened to Anderson Windows"? After we meet with two other window companies, if we decide to go with Anderson Windows we will NOT go with our original sales rep. Windows are a big investment and you expect to be well informed before the purchase. Update: Anderson Windows did reach out to my husband and I to apologize for the unfortunate experience and are sending another sales rep and anything else that will help us be well informed.
I will post results at a later point. Update 3/11/22: We met with the Luke today. He spent nearly 3 hours with us. He was able to demonstrate with the thermal camera the inefficient quality of our current windows. He brought sample product of the fibrex material used in Anderson Windows verses the typical vinyl windows. Luke gave us his full attention and patience as we viewed photos of our home demonstrating varies grids, gliders and crank out windows including color options.
Ultimately we were left satisfied and felt educated about our window options. We have decided to go with Anderson Windows and am happy to report they have demonstrated the same quality my parents and my parents parents enjoyed for years. Go Anderson! It's is great to know that quality and good customer service are still a big part of the service you provide.

After researching multiple window replacement options I chose Renewal by Andersen. Vadim did a great job explaining why Andersen was the best choice for my home. He was down to earth and not pushy. Sarah in scheduling was always there to answer my questions and keep me updated. The installers were prompt, professional and I am confident my windows were installed correctly.

A few months ago, we had about half our windows replaced by Renewal by Andersen. It was a project I'd been dreading, having gone through it at a previous house with a different company. My only regret was not doing this sooner! We worked with Vadim Dale, who made the entire process as smooth as could be. He made great suggestions. From the initial visit, to the measurements (measure twice!), to the installation, everything was seamless.
Communication from the office was great. The best part is the end product. Our windows are now easy to open, close, and clean. Our LG&E bills are lower than they've ever been. And the obnoxious bands that play on an outdoor stage at a nearby bar? We can barely hear them in the rooms with new windows! Yay! We will absolutely be using Renewal by Andersen to replace the remainder of our windows in the near future.

Anderson is the only place I will ever buy windows/doors. From measuring the window to installation, their process was smooth and seamless. Not to mention the quality of their products are unmatched. They worked with my busy schedule to measure and install and were so incredibly friendly. Do yourself a favor and make your life easier if you need new windows/doors and hire Renewal by Anderson. The team at Renewal by Andersen is amazing! Every step of the process was clear, friendly and efficient. We had an incredible experience with Tim and his team during the initial inspection, estimating and installation. We are also getting tons of positive feedback from our neighbors on the new windows (which match the 1929 architecture of our home) and the brand new back door (with a dog-door already installed).
These are dramatic changes to our home and added a lot of equity and value that will last for decades. The entire crew on the day of installation was incredible! I can't stress enough how professional and quick these guys were. This was a one-day installation for our entire home, including the back door, which was super impressive. And they didn't leave a trace when they were done - they cleaned everything up inside and out, which we really appreciated.
We're planning an addition to our home at some point and won't call anyone else but RBA for our new windows and doors. They have the best quality products and team in town and we HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for window or door replacements!

Renewal by Anderson was great to work with. I had gotten estimates from other window replacement companies but they didn't convince me they could do the job. We had one big window that needed a total replacement and I was afraid that window would be problematic. The guys pulled it out and replaced it and made the job look easy. The windows are just beautiful and really changed the look of the house. RBA was the highest estimate but I think we definitely got our money's worth with the quality of the work. I don't think we would have gotten that from any other company.

We used Renewal by Anderson to replace all of our windows in our home and they look amazing! Vadim Dale was our Salesman and he was fantastic to work with. I changed my mind several times on what I wanted and he was very patient and helpful along the way, making sure we got exactly the look we wanted. The quality of the windows is hands down the best I've seen. I'm very happy with Renewal by Anderson and would highly recommend working with Vadim Dale.

I was having issues with water leaking through my front door. Had it "fixed" several times to no avail. Called Renewal By Anderson for a new door and they did a phenomenal job! No more water issues! The installation team was wonderful and made sure everything was perfect before they left. Loved them so much used them for my back door too! Todd was very responsive and very professional. He helped me make selections and answered all of my questions. Definitely highly recommend!
