Your appointment will be set up at your convenience 7 days a week, with evening hours available. You will be meeting with someone who has many years' experience in the building trades and can answer most questions on the spot.

In my opinion, unless you want your windows to come with an insane owner harassing and sabotaging your life with lies and deceit, opt for any other window company. The owner, Chrissy is an extremely sinister and evil person which is all documented in articles by tbdailynews. Simply search Cristina Yakimowsky to learn about the terror she inflicted on innocent people and victims.

Had all of my windows replaced years ago in addition to my front and sliding glass doors. The windows were all warrantied, and it's a good thing as almost all windows had to be replaced due to manufacturing defects. RTV was very professional and understanding about this situation. Just recently had my basement casement windows replaced and couldn't be more pleased. Highly recommend!

Very disappointed with RTV. I had all of my windows replaced 4+ years ago with the understanding they had a warranty and I would not be charged if I had any issues. I spoke with 3 references who validated no labor charge. They sent me a bill for $80 to repair a lock on a sliding door, and never told me I would be charged for labor. I would have fixed it myself but was afraid to void the warranty.
We are putting in a new front door and will NOT be giving our business to RTV. My in laws received a bill also and said they never received a bill in the past (before the owner passed away). Thinking of calling a lawyer as the labor fee is not outlined in the warranty contract
