Shan Carroll, the owner of Show-Case Shutters, is a meticulous-minded engineer. While on vacation back in the late 1990s he visited a relative in Naples Florida who had plantation shutters in his home. At the time, Shan was the owner of a custom cabinet and millwork shop in Christiansburg, Virginia.

We ordered plantation shutters from Shan at Show-Case Shutters 11 years ago. They were beautiful when installed, and remain so today. Great function, great looks. Today I needed to find the original paint color of my shutters so I could repaint some trim. After calling the company, a lady named Angel looked up my old order (from 11 years ago!) and called me back with the vendor and name of the color. I was able to get a perfect paint match from my local paint store. (Thank you Angel) Great products. Even better customer service.

Shutters are of excellent quality. Real wood. Customer service was excellent. They were not pushy and actually charged me in the end less than what was quoted. Price could not be beat at any other competitor and we got quotes from 4 other companies. Installation was well done and the shutters arrived in 4 weeks after placing order. Couldn't be happier. :

This was a great experience! The staff are courteous, professional and fun to work with. I had 17 custom plantation shutters done and they are gorgeous! I know they are top quality as they are in The Georges Inn in Lexington and I have worked with those shutters for 3 years and they are perfect and no problems!
