Claude came out to measure for new closet doors in the guest room and master bedroom. I received the estimate right away and he told me it may take up to 12 weeks for the product to arrive for install. I was in no hurry so that was fine with me. I decided to replace the guest room closet doors. Claude contacted me in 11 weeks to say the items were in and to schedule an install date. Antonio came out [on time] the day of the install, worked diligently and completed the install in an hour.

By the way, they remove and discard your old doors for you which was a major plus for me. I could not be more happy with the quality of the doors and the installation work. I'm extremely happy I chose Claude with Shutters and More.

This company is head and shoulders above all other shutter companies! Their quality and beauty is spectacular and amazing! They are beyond expectations! Even though they are not the least expensive, they are totally worth it and clearly a superb product! This is a multi-generational family business. Claude, the owner was responsive and considerate with the payments! David is the knowledgeable courteous caring sales manager and representative.

It was very reassuring to see him re-measure our windows, several times, in order to be accurate and meticulous! David also participated in the shutter installation, personally! Antonio was also meticulous and focused with the installation! They did a fabulous job! After waiting for several weeks for the shutters, I saw the tremendous quality of these shutters.

Beyond any other shutters that I have ever seen! There were a couple of minor details that I wanted to adjust and David immediately agreed to resolve those issues for me! He had a very positive attitude, every step of the way! Both my wife and I continue to appreciate and enjoy these shutters, more and more each day! Claude and his team are absolutely fantastic! With over 50 years of family experience these guys know shutters and blinds. When first speaking to Claude about my project he was very quick to educate me on the various options and make me feel like a priority. When we put in new windows I stared researching who did the best shutters in Los Angeles. Found Shutters and More on Yelp and what everyone is saying is true. The owner Claude came out for an estimate. We went over what I wanted, the paint color, etc.

I thought the bid was very fair -- these are custom-made, high quality, solid wood shutters that will last a lifetime, not the cheap ones they bring in from China. The shop is extremely busy right now so it took about six weeks for them to be done but Antonio came yesterday and installed them. They are absolutely beautiful. Exactly what I wanted. Long overdue review! We love our shutters! The order was delayed due to COVID but it was worth the wait. I only wish they had communicated with us better in regards to timing. The order was supposed to take 5-6 weeks and we had to keep calling to check up on the order after the 6 week mark. We weren't upset because we knew COVID was making everything more difficult, but would have just liked better communication rather than us having to call constantly. I would recommend their company. Great quality and beautiful

Wow! These guys are great. We just had Basswood shutters installed on 5 of our windows. This company manufactures the shutters in Chatsworth and I was so impressed with their customer service. Pricing is good- the quality of the product and integrity of the company matters. They were delivered within 6 weeks as promised. The installer did all 5 windows the same day and was very professional and fast! Highly recommend and will definitely give them repeat business.

David came to give me my estimate and he was professional, on time and very detailed. Despite the fact that his estimate was higher than another company I decided to hire shutters and more and I m happy I did it. The final product was perfect. Thank you to Claude and the shutters and more team. We installed 8 shutters on various sized windows and a larger shutter on a door and everything looks and works amazingly well. Everything was top notch from the measurement to the delivery process. We had seen these shutters at a friends house and even though their offices are a little further north than we would typically shop (we must have passed 4 other shutter stores on the way there) - we are extremely happy with the result. They really are worthy of the great reviews they get on Yelp. Called and left a message. Got a response the next day. David came out, measured, discussed, and priced. Color selected (various shades of white!). We were looking to purchase the mid-Century small slat shutters, which Shutters & More do make. We opted for the 1 7/8" vs the older 1 1/4" slats because they were 1/2 the price, and frankly, they look spectacular!

They do quality work with quality product. They also accurately give you a time estimate for the making and installation of the shutters. And they look so much better than the old college dorm Pier One off the rack coverings we previously had!

Over 25 years ago I had beautiful plantation shutters with leaded glass installed in my house in Woodland Hills. When I recently moved to Camarillo, I wanted those shutters again but couldn't remember where I got them. Thank goodness for Google. Sure enough, Shutters And More is still in business and I have my beautiful shutters again. They do such a superb job.

Beautiful wood--not that heavy pressed stuff. Their shutters are built on their site and the installation in my home was perfect, and I know that they will be just as beautiful in 25 years from now. Thank you Dave and team!
