I've always recommended Solar Insulation for tint until they did not guarantee their warranty. I will not be using this company in the future. Update after response: The warranty clearly states "the material and workmanship" that was issued by your company, not the manufacturer of the tint. The discounted amount was $400 to remove and replace tint per my husband. Regardless of the length of time I have a warranty for the full length of my ownership.

By far, one of the best window tinting companies I've had the pleasure of interacting with on all of my projects. Stan and his crews' communication, installation and warranty beat other competitors by far. I've use this company for various applications from commercial store front windows to residential roof top windows all the way down to basement windows. I've done a ton of research and awarded Stan with Solar Insulation Window Films an A+ in every category. Seriously, you won't be disappointed.

I was told about Solar Insulation by a friend last year while I was waiting for my new car to arrive from the factory. I made an appointment with them to have the car tinted. Brandy explained to me how busy they are and how they must make appointments. She was very nice about it and I did appreciate her explanation which helped me to understand the wait.

Upon arrival for may appointment I was greeted by Rachel. First, Rachel had me pick out which film I wanted to use for the tint. Of course, the tint was totally legal to what the Tennessee State Law requires. Rachel told me I could have a seat to wait and explained how long it was going to take. The chairs are comfortable. Rachel engaged me in conversation when she could as everyone stays busy. Rachel introduced me to Brandy and then they both went back to work.

A couple of minutes later, Andy came in and asked for my fob and immediately pulled the car in and went to work. Once I had the car done, I realized that it was well worth the wait. It was perfect. The factory could not have done better. About 8 months later my car was broken into and the would-be thieves broke the passenger front door window and smashed out the back-passenger door window.

Because of the pandemic, they were able to get me in immediately to do the tint on the new windows. I had the same pleasant experience with Brandy, Rachel, and Andy. Once again, they did a superb job on the tint. Fast-forward a month and a half and some more would-be thieves broke into my car smashing the front driver's side window and then the driver's side back door window.

After getting the windows replaced, I called Solar Insulation and they put me down to have my windows tinted as soon as they had an opening. A couple of days later they had a cancellation and get me right in to have the tint done. I had the same experience the third time with Rachel, Brandy, and Andy. There is a reason that word on the street and in many reviews, Solar Insulation is known as the best. Their customer service and attention to excellence in their craft is beyond reproach. I will always recommend anyone to go to Solar Insulation for their tinting needs.

The whole process from start to finish was very cost efficient and professional! We have already noticed the difference in the level of heat that came through the windows. Temperatures in the office are now more stable and comfortable. The team who installed the insulation window film was very professional and punctual, which was very much appreciated.

Absolutely love my new solar insulation film on my upstairs windows. The transition solar film on a skylight is making a tremendous difference in blocking the heat in the afternoon. I wish I had done this years ago. The installers were fantastic and the sales team friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy at all.

I had the anti-bird strike film installed. Have not had any strikes since it was installed. It's unobtrusive and effective and looks great.

The entire process was positive. everyone we talked to or worked with knew what they were doing and did an excellent job. we noticed the cooling effect immediately and are glad we had the windows tinted.

My husband and I are very happy that we decided to have all of our home windows filmed. Lots of benefits. We choose the darker film. Love that we can see out clearly but your unable to see from outside in. Will help immensely on keeping such hot sun rays in fading the wooden floor, leather chairs etc. Will keep electric bill down. Should we have. any window damage, example a rock thrown at our window, yes glass may break in lots of pieces but with the film it will stay intact. Zach our salesman did a good job in explaining all so forth and Paxton our installer did a fantastic job, including an excellent mannerisium. Your company was referred to us by a neighbor and we too will definitely refer you to others.

We love the film that was put on our windows. It made a big difference on the amount of sunlight came in the house. The crew that showed up was on time and they did a great on the install. They cleaned up any mess they made and when they left you would never know that you had people in the house working. I would recommend them anytime, they were great to work with.

Called to make an appointment to get an estimate for tinting on a few of the windows in our home. The person who scheduled the appointment was very professional. They were all booked so had to wait until the following week before someone could come out. They had a 3 pm or a 4 pm slot available. Due to my schedule I selected the 4 pm slot. On the. day of the appointment I received a message from Andrew informing me that he'd be at our house at 3 pm.

I advised him that 3 pm wouldn't work because I had to pick my daughter up at school at 3 pm. He then asked if he could come out 3 days later. He never apologized for the inconvenience. I scheduled my entire day around the 4 pm appointment. Very annoying to say the least. Needless to say we'll be looking elsewhere for a company that can tint our windows.
