To understand the causes of fading one needs to know a little about the makeup of sunlight. Ultraviolet Light- which we neither feel nor see but is the main factor in causing fabrics and furnishings to fade. Visible light and infra red heat are the other factors that contribute to fading, which is why effective film installations must harness all three sunlight elements.
We have been so thankful for the installation of 3M window film. We both have said that of all the extras we had put in our home, thesis to be the best one we purchased. I 3M films installed to my house and 2004 I had a problem with bubbling and tried to reach anyone at the office left messages for almost a month about 10 of them but unfortunately no one cares to answer my complaint about fixing it and when I called 3 AM they said they also have a problem getting answer to any calls die if I have to rate the service from 0 to 10 for customer service I will give it a zero or one at the most I am still waiting for a response for my complaint and unfortunately every time I leave a message the answer is the same will let you know it will call you back and they never did this is the customer service for Solar security film for you and others to understand when you have a question or a problem

Could not be happier with my purchase and the service I received. Everyone involved in the process was pleasant and very professional. The time from talking with Tom about what I wanted to the install was only one day, hard to find service like that. Louis came out to do the install and was very professional and was respectful of my home, would definitely recommend him for installs.
I had one small issue and called john and the problem was corrected immediately. If you are looking for tint or any other window film you have found the right place. A++++++++ company.

I cannot say enough good things about this company! From my estimate, to my installer, to the lady on the phone who's name I wish I had gotten, who made it happen at the time I needed it to happen. Solar Security Films is a wonderful company! Recently, I pursued a warranty claim for film installed in 2002. My skepticism in such matters is always high, especially given the amount of time that has passed since the initial installation. However, Jessica was instrumental in addressing all of my concerns, setting everything up in an expedient manner, and ensuring all of the warranty claim details were accurate.
Her communication with me serves as a model for others to follow. Additionally, the two installers who accomplished the work were knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. I expressed my gratitude to them before they left. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Again, the initial installation was SEVENTEEN years ago, but that didn't matter.
