Solar Tint

I was looking for a company to install tint to my skylight to reduce heat in my home. I found Solar Tint online and decided to use their services. I found this company to be prompt, reasonably priced, and very professional. The job was done correctly and I was very pleased with their services. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to have to a top notch tint installation at an affordable price.

During a recent heatwave, it was evident that I had to do something about my skylight and windows. Domenic was at my place within 24-48 hours of our initial call to do an estimate. He was punctual, transparent, polite, and kind. He took the time to share the pros and cons of each aspect so I was well informed. I never felt pressured to move forward but once I did, he made sure to get me booked for installation immediately so I didn't have to deal with the heat for long.

During install day, his team was on time and incredibly courteous. They were efficient but thorough, taking great care to keep their work area clean. Everyone was a pleasure to work with and the impact of the tint is immediate. My house is a lot cooler now.

Domenic and his crew tinted my store front windows and garage doors at my restaurant today. They did an exceptional job today. I needed it to get done before I opened for business and they succeeded while doing a perfect job. They were knowledgeable and friendly and gave me tips on how to care for it. I would use them again. Domenic just left after perfectly frosting our office windows. He promptly scheduled a time to take measurements, quickly sent us the proposal and completed the work.

Domenic and Steve just finished installing the film, after working steadily for hours. It looks beautiful - although of course, it's essentially invisible. They took great care in cleaning the paint off the windows, cleaning everything first. All the prep work took more than the morning. I am quite sure this film will be a great improvement as that room (dining room) has the most direct southern exposure in the house.

Prompt, clean, fair cost and clear estimate. Dominic has a wide range of products and is open to discussion and answers questions about best choices. No pressure on sale. Couldn't have asked for a better install. We love the fact that our view is preserved while our furniture protected.

He came to me went through the product and provided me a quote within a day. Then himself and another member of his team came out and installed very quickly after accepting the quote. He and his team are professional, straightforward and take all the time I needed to understand this product that you, hopefully, don't see or have to think about. I highly recommend Solar Tint if you are in the market for window film. His product and pricing are highly competitive and stays in touch every step of the way.

Solar Tint did a nice job on some privacy frosting and door signage for my office, but made a significant mistake on the installation, reversing the design, placing the logo and door number on the wrong door. When confronted with the mistake, the installer first tried to blame a subcontractor and then tried to blame me for the problem. I provided a diagram and a photo as reference and clearly the installer never looked at either one. No offer to redo the work, no offer of a discount for the mistake. A quality job spoiled by poor customer service.
