Local managers are caring and responsive. However, corporate finance and accounts payable are unresponsive. Customer service and paying vendors is severely lacking. CFO and CEO contacted directly and haven't gotten a response in 2 months. Vendors be wary!

Great company up until April 2021 - Since then NO customer service, unresponsive to customer inquiries and won't replace defective materials or if they do bill you for the replacement as well and refuse to give credit for the bad material

Well up to two months ago, this was a great company with great customer service. Then the entire sales force was fired with no explanation what happened to them. So imagine all the people you been talking to for the last 25 years.gone. Now when I call all I get is we will call you back, and they never call back.

Always a pleasure doing business with Southeastern. Great product line, looks beautiful and is a good selling point for our products. Not sure who gave the 1-star reviews, but based on my experience they deserve a much higher ranking.
