I would give zero stars if possible. We had our windows replaced in April. These windows are horrible. There is so much fog and condensation on every single window, top and bottom sash, EVERY SINGLE DAY. So much so that I cannot see out of any of them. They tell me the windows are doing what they are supposed to do and they will not do anything to correct them. They used vinyalmax windows who have the same attitude and comments. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness If you buy a product from these people you will be sorry. That is southern vinyl a few years back got windows that has moisture in them now. called and can't get nothing done on a lifetime warranty products. Leave reply and will give phone number and you can look for yourself.

I would give this business zero stars if possible! Several weeks ago I made an appointment for a representative to come to my home as I need siding put on 2 buildings. I took a day off from my practice to meet the rep. No one ever came, neither did anyone even call me to update or reschedule. Apparently this firm is not lacking for business. I would advise anyone needing vinyl work to steer clear of Southern Vinyl.
