From start to finish I was very pleased with their services! The sales team came to my home and spent time going through the various high impact door replacement options, educating me along the way. The installation team was very professional and did an excellent job installing the door, we have an older home so it did take a little more time than anticipated in order to appropriately align the door. I appreciated their patience and ensuring that the door was installed correctly. I would recommend Southland Exteriors!

I took a while to accomplish the final result (through no fault of Southland Exteriors) but it was worth the wait. Jerry and his guys are the best and he resolved my issue with the manufacturer and replacement glass problem. I had a pleasant experience with Southland Exteriors & would use them again. From the first interaction with Dolores, who was so helpful & polite, to the end of the installation, including the owners, every one was very easy to work with & professional. They replaced 2 windows for me with impact windows. I now have less road noise than before, I don't have to use my AC as much, as it's helped let in less heat, & I don't have to worry about putting up hurricane shutters on these windows. I would definitely recommend them.

Dog and Steve did a great job, they were also very punctual and respectful. We ran into some issues with construction which was by no means any fault of Southland Exteriors, and they made sure to find something comparable to what we wanted and still make sure the job got done! This has been an awesome experience to work with Southland! They are very professional, prompt, and diligent. The estimator, Phil, was very kind when he came to my house to help show me what will be done. Then, the team of guys (2) came to the house and were very cool and professional. I wouldn't recommend any other service but this one. True professionals. We need more organizations like this one. Easily 5 stars, for service, attention to detail, and installation of the screen for my porch.

The Southland team did a great job. The guys were friendly, on time and communicated well if they were running late. We had them install fabric hurricane shutters. The fabric shutter concept is great, lets in a little light, yet you still have hurricane protection at a reasonable price.

Southland Exteriors did a beautiful job installing new lanai windows. Phil took the extra effort to find a better, less expensive window than we had first contracted for. John and Brendan did an excellent job with the installation. We love our windows and receive so many wonderful comments about them. I would highly recommend Southland Exteriors.

Southland removed our screen lanai and installed a beautiful Florida room with insulated walls and real glass windows that are removable. We love it. The installer was Bob and he was exceptional. Our salesman, Phil, is a great guy and Ron and Debra, the owners, are absolutely wonderful to work with. Southland previously installed a sliding patio door for us and that job went seamlessly. We'll definitely go back to Southland for our new windows.

Southland exteriors just finished installing my beautiful window to complete the new kitchen design. The company is honest and reliable. The installer Bob went above and beyond by installing two shelves on the outside of house to make use of extra space. I absolutely love our new window that they custom made to fit our home. I will be using them again to replace all our windows.

We needed all new windows and were able to luck out all the way with Southland Exteriors. We live in a gated community so there were regulations to follow. There are so many different windows to choose from and after discussing everything over with Phil, we came up with "our windows". We love them! The installers, great professionals by the way, installed them much quicker than we thought possible. We get a lot of compliments from our community and we are proud to tell them about Southland Exteriors.

After comparative quotes for replacing all my single pane windows and pocket slider with High Impact/Energy Efficient windows, I stuck with Phil. I felt more comfortable with his explanation of the process & the prices. The windows arrived and the team got to work. Old ones out, new ones in. No mess, no fuss. They had a little battle with the "levelness" of the original sliders, but it all worked out just great.

Unlike my neighbor's hurricane sliders, my hurricane sliders move with ease (i don't feel like my arm is being yanked off trying to open). My house seems soundproof and feels so secure. And with my 50+ age, no more lugging out the ladder, the metal shutters, trying to locate the drill & adapter gizmo to protect my windows during a hurricane alert.

Not to mention Hurricane Irma caught me off guard and out of town. And Phil was right, solid & secure. (And the A/C bill has dropped significantly! - right again, Phil.) I highly recommend Southland Exteriors. The installation was clean, the installers (ACTUAL Southland employees, not sub-consultants from the hiring depot) were polite and clean (language & manners). All the old materials were removed, no broken panes/glass, areas were left clean of working debris/dirt. Thank you Jerry, Brandon & Jon.

We have used Southland Exteriors for complete window and slider replacement, as well as new doors and screen doors as well. Promises made were always kept!
