I first used these guys in 2018 when I left a broom propped under my garage door and when it closed, the whole door crinkled. When I called, they were very responsive and had a new door in place in a day or two at most. Then, afterwards, when the door wasn't closing properly, I called and this nice lady talked me thru realigning my sensors and saved me the repair fee and got my garage door working again.

Fast forward to a few days ago and my motor went out, so I called them again. At first it was next day to just inspect, but she called back and had a guy out that same day because he was in my area. He even offered to replace my motor right there, but I knew he had some errands so I said make it easy on yourself. By the next day, the entire garage door opener was replaced and man, it's sweet. These are good people, doing good work for an honest fee. I'd use them again and I'd recommend you use them.

I spent a few hours online and asking my fellow Houstonians if they had any recommendations for a garage door repairman. The name that comes up quite frequently that wasn't an advertisement was Southwest Garage Door, so I knew I have to check them out. When I called they informed me that they are insured, a family owned business with 20 years of experience, competitively price and the soonest open slot was 1pm.

Before agreeing move forward, I asked for more details on what I should expect since I know I need new hardware along with springs. Later the technician Braxton texted me his ETA. Upon his on time arrival he spotted an issue with shelves being installed on top of the door, it created an obstruction that did not allow the new hardware to be installed.

On top of that, these shelves are heavy and required atleast another person to help safely remove. Braxton texted me that he was able to source all the parts that were necessary and quoted me the total, it was less than the estimate I was given. The next day he returned to complete the work in a very timely manner and assured me the springs are warrantied for 3 years. Couldn't ask for a better company to service your door.

Needed emergency service on a Sunday and they were quick to help. Braxton was very professional and knowledgeable. He replaced our double broken springs in no time. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough good things about Southwest Garage. Customer service is superb. I called to get service for a garage door that kept opening and closing. The staff member I spoke to graciously found same day time to send a tech to my home. When he arrived, he courteously answered questions I asked regarding both my opener and door.and refused to charge a maintenance fee because he said he didn't really perform any work on the door. Who does that today? I've been a customer of Southwest Garage for at least five years and I have yet to be disappointed!

Just had Nathan come out and look at my garage door that wasn't opening. The free estimate and friendly service made it a no brainer. Was very prompt and easy to work with on our schedule. Didn't force sell us anything we didn't need and helped show us how to maintain what we had.

These are wonderful people to do business with. fast, efficient, courteous, knowledgeable, very fair prices. They installed new springs for my garage door back in May 2014. 7 months later my old garage door opener needed replacing, they came out on Christmas eve day and installed a new Linear door opener within 2 hours. Again a great job at an unbeatable price of under 300 installed parts and labor.
