We set an appointment online - Kent followed up via phone and left a rough price estimate on our voice mail. He showed up on time and walked us through the repair and the estimated time allotted. He completed the fix of a couple springs and a bracket in roughly 90 minutes, and it's completely silent now. He even followed up a couple weeks later to check on us. Kent was great! I hired him to replace our garage cables because they were starting to fray. He had the best and more reasonable pricing. I had quotes from 3 other companies that wanted to charge atleast $40 dollars more than Kent. He replaced and maintenanced our door in under an hour!

Had a great experience with Spring Kings with a motor replacement! I had received the company from a referral and was very impressed. After contacting, I was quoted a fair price, they worked me into their schedule super quickly, confirmed the appointment and the technician even called me when they were on the way. Installation was completed in the quoted time and they even offered to help set up our cars/app (we had our garage converted into a "smart" garage). The technician then helped me set up a code, showed me how the remotes work and even installed the lightbulbs for me! Would definitely recommend their service!

Our garage door spring broke after being replaced by another contractor just 2 years ago. We found out that the original contractor replaced our spring with the wrong size for the weight of our garage door. Kent came out right away, explained everything very clearly, and made the fix. My new spring and opener are very quiet and simple to use. The phone app is particularly simple. (I use opening the garage door remotely to wake my daughter in the morning. I'm sure she loves that!)
