Very very very bad customer service. Very frustrating to communicate with their customer service. My window has some parts broke. Just tilt latch and window balancer. I call them 4 times during 1 month. Each time they said they will ship the parts to my house but two weeks later, no delivery. Do not contact them by email. They will never respond. Very bad customer service.

We sell and install Stergis Windows and have had great success with the product. The windows are very heavy duty and very reliable. One time a window showed up with a small defect and the company sent out a new sash right away which fit perfect and was simple to change. I highly recommend these windows!
