Outstanding product and service. We wanted to replace the original 1970's hollow core doors in our cabin in Incline Village with solid wood doors. We asked Superior Door to help. Wade came out and measured the doors (12) and recommended styles and casing. We chose solid alder doors with alder casing and alder baseboards. We thought the price was very reasonable. Wade had excellent suggestions.

The installers were outstanding. Special shout out to Daniel- a real pro and a nice guy. There were a couple of scheduling issues along the way, but we weren't in a huge hurry. Highly recommended!

I had a nice experience with Phil in the showroom. I had one of the people they recommend come out and measure a storm door, and when it came in he installed it. I had to call and check on the door around my estimated ship date, but that was not difficult. I would recommend.

Have no idea what kind of job they do, I called them a month ago to come & measure and replace front door. They told me that they would have their tech call me. He never has. I've called them back at least once a week and I get the same story. Should I mention that the house I need front door replaced is like six blocks down the street, less than a mile from their building And I can't get them to come and work.

We went to Superior Doors to order 2 doors on April 26th. One door with glass to be installed by myself and the other we asked them to install. So we asked for the total cost including installation on the one door. We were told the doors would take 4 to 5 weeks for delivery, we got the 1st door in about 2 months and the one they were to install on July 22nd.

That was after constantly calling on the door status. The first door I installed and we noticed it had a defect in the glass. I TOOK a picture of the defect the salesman saw the defect and sent it to the rep for the door manufacturer. We were sent the manufactor warrantee and according to the first sentence on the warrantee it states "door products are guaranteed to be free of defects in material and workmanship." So I called and talked to customer service at the manufactor and she said that an air bubble in the glass is a defect and should be replaced.

But it is up to the dealer. The dealer won't replace the glass but said it would be covered. We got a call about the door they were to install the day they were to install it that we have to pay $200 more for the door installation, which we asked to be included in the total cost, obviously wasn't! After the first month of dealing with them it had been nothing but total frustration from then on, we would never recommend Superior Doors to anyone. Since this review we have filed a claim with BBB and superior doors never responded

Few things that made this a 5 star review. This was the second time ordered custom doors. First time they delivered two weeks late then estimated delivery date. The communication was the key. Second time they estimated the delivery date. Week after that date I spoke with Alex who was very understanding on the major inconvenience another 2 weeks would be and he said he would call manufacturer and see about a discount.

Two weeks later Alex leaves me a voice mail stating he got the manufacturer to refund the total cost of door for the inconvenience of being over a month late. SUPERIOR Door has no control over manufacturer yet they go to bat for their customers which is not common in today's market. When we went and picked up the door there was a refund check cut that day by Peggy who is AWESOME by they way. She was giving me a check and apologizing the whole time which was not needed as it was out of their control. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Really BAD place to do business with! Ordered a front door for our house, they were 3 weeks late on delivery and installed the special speakeasy door in the wrong place in the new door. It is so low only a Hobbit could use it! Tried to resolve issue with salesman and with owner Alex and they basically wanted us to pay for their mistake and really are not interested in customer service or customer satisfaction. Learned my lesson, I would not recommend using Superior Door and Window for anything, you can go anywhere and get better service.

This is the first time I've ever written a bad review because we support local small business. And I think every business can have a bad day. But what we went through with superior door was ridiculous. We ordered one bedroom door and a set of louvre closet doors in a frame. After taking our money they never called us to pick up the doors. After about two months (my husband is very busy) he called and they said the bedroom door would be ready at a certain time.

We go there at said time and it wasn't ready so we sat in the car for an hour while they finished the door which is a standard size. They said the closet doors would be ready soon. Another month goes by of hearing nothing and my husband calls again. They said they would be ready the next day at noon. They weren't. He waited another hour for them to finish them.

He gets them home we install the frame and we realize they had put the doors in the frame backwards. We were just going to just leave them but it was too annoying to look at, so we will be spending the weekend taking them off, chiseling the door for the hinges on the correct side, and rehanging them in the frame.

We are so pleased with the custom doors we ordered from Phil. From the moment we met him we knew we selected the right business to work with. Phil provides excellent customer service, responds quickly to emails, knowledgeable, professional and honest. Pays attention to detail as well. My doors are gorgeous, everyone loves them. We will be using them again for our front door!

I was shopping for a new entry door and stopped in at their showroom. Everyone was very helpful and answered all my questions. I asked for a quick quote so I could take it home to my husband and compare other quotes we had gotten. They had the best price and quickest delivery time out of 3 other places that quoted me. I placed my order without issue a few days later and was able to order hardware with it also. They even gave me the name of someone who can install it.

My wife visited this store on Monday to obtain a quote for the replacement of our patio door, as well as two additional windows. She was told by Philip that he'd have the quotes the following day, which he would e-mail. When we didn't receive a quote by Wed. morning, we both visited the store and Philip said he'd have the quote to us by the end of the day. It is now Friday, the store is closed for the weekend, and we still have not received the quote, nor any contact to explain why the quote wasn't provided.
