We needed two new garage door openers because a power surge killed both of ours. Superior was able to come out the same day to install them. The price was great and the installers were very quick and professional!

Needed a door repaired and Sonja from Superior got a repairman out the next day. He was very knowledgeable and walked me thru all of my options and had my door repaired in a few hours. Also thought that their pricing was very fair, and will definitely use them again.

So, we had just finished getting my 97 year old mother's place cleaned up and ready to sell. The day the listing was going to go live, the spring on the garage door broke and the door would not go up. I called Superior that afternoon and they were at our house by 10:00 the next morning! Today was bitter cold and our garage wasn't working. Superior Garage Door came out right away and took care of us. Top notch customer service provided by Edgar who went above and beyond. I highly recommend this "superior" company.

The weather stripping at the bottom of my garage door fell off on a cold Tuesday morning. The screws were stripped and the metal trim within the weather stripping was bent. I called ASAP Garage Door Repair and was told that they do not repair weather stripping in the winter because it is too cold for their workers. I will have to wait until spring.

My next call was to Superior. Their response was "No problem. We can have someone out there tomorrow." By Wednesday afternoon my problem was resolved by Superior. I had the worker cover the ASAP sticker in my garage with Superior's contact sticker. They have earned my business going forward!

Used Superior twice within a week for 2 different households. Both times a human answered the phone which was refreshing, Sonja's knowledge was impressive as well. Their response to address our garage doors were both timely and professional. Their technicians were top shelf. We highly recommend them!

Our garage spring broke on a Friday night. I spoke with Sonya Saturday morning and by Monday, Eddie was out to replace the springs and get us back on track. Sonya and Eddie couldn't have represented Superior Overhead Door better. They were extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. The team at Superior was great to do business with. We're timely in coming out for quote and scheduling the install when I was ready. They did an excellent job communicating with me and were very thorough going over specifics and options such as keypad, clickers etc. Last but not least they contacted me a few weeks after install to advise they corrected a billing error and credited me back $250! My experience with Superior was outstanding and I would highly recommend. Competitive pricing and honest. you can't go wrong.
