Fast and good communication throughout the process. I had a broken windshield and a window at my house that needed replacement. They had to schedule two different technicians because their auto glass is separate from their residential glass department. The auto glass was available within 24 hours but I had to wait a couple weeks for the dual pane glass to be ordered.
I guess the residential windows are custom made here in Phoenix. The windshield was replaced at my home in the driveway and the technician did a great job. A week or so later my home window glass was replaced and I'm very happy with the way it looks. Great job!

My 12 year old son plays soccer on our patio and he accidentally slammed his ball into our back window. I was in desperate need to find a company to repair it quickly. After searching a few different glass companies I was happy to find Superior Replacement Windows. A technician came out to our house within the hour. They where fast and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them and we will be using them in the future.

Service you will receive from Superior Glass is prompt, professional, and they know exactly how to fix residential glass. Tried to hire another glass company but they had to come out 3 different times and kept trying to up sale me. Called Superior, it was done quickly and to my satisfaction with in a day.

So happy with Superior Glass! They were quick to respond and I was surprised at how much better their price was than the other company I called. The guys did an excellent job and had my 2 home windows back to normal that day. My wife even commented about how professional and respectful they were while in our home. Wouldn't hesitate in calling them again.

I am in the process of renovating my master bedroom. Part of the renovation included installing a large three panel window on my north wall. I had a small window already there. I had the contractor frame out the space in the wall for the window, but it was a weird fit because of the size and spacing of the wall. (This was an older home). I needed a custom fit window.
I googled for it and Superior Glass was the first one that popped up. I gave them a call and they came over that afternoon. They provided me with a free onsite estimate that was way cheaper than I expected and ordered me a custom window that same afternoon. The following week, the installer brought the window and needed materials and installed the window in no time at all.
He even cleaned up his materials and the area from the installation process and mess. It was so easy and complete. I am elated with my new windows and how painless it was to get them installed. They were a great value too! I recommend Superior Glass for all your window repair/ installation needs. They truly care about the customer and take care of you. Thank you Superior Glass for the amazing job you did on my windows!

Had a bit of an emergency Superior glass not only answered there phone and even called back in a very short time. As you know if you have had to deal with this kind of stuff is not common. When they showed up ON TIME the tech was very kind and knew what he was doing. he was in and out in no time and the window was set and clean. After speaking to some friends turns out i got a more than fair price. i would use them again

I was in a bit of a pinch, and needed it replaced immediately, after seeing some reviews here on Google I decided to give them a try. The quality of their service is certainly top notch, very professional and efficient installation and great customer service from beginning to end.
I have used other companies in the past, both in Arizona, California and New Mexico and these guys are what they claim "superior." I don't normally make a point to do a review, but these guys deserve it for how they took care of me. I don't anticipate I will need their service in the near future, but I will certainly be recommending to those that do. Thanks guys for the help!

The crew who came out for my window repair job was awesome. They explained everything they were going to do and the steps needed to fix my window. Superior Glass definitely takes pride in their work and you can tell from the care they demonstrated at my home. The job was done fast and the job site was cleaned up better than new. While visiting my grandma I wanted to help her replace a window that had been broken for 3 months, and put up a board. Some kids I guess threw a rock through it... Sad.. I knew if I didn't help her she probably would just keep forgetting and put it off even longer. I called Superior Glass and they were the only ones who could come out on a short notice and prices were great.
The next day they came out and replaced the glass and it look great. So great I decided to wash all her windows so they matched the new one haha. I was really impressed by how Superior Glass delivered with such awesome customer service. It's great to see when businesses under sale and over deliver! I had a wonderful experience with Superior Glass! The customer service person on the phone was pleasant and easy to work with. They sent me a quote up front for a new sliding glass door. Mine was broken when my son rammed his bike into it. The final price was EXACTLY what they quoted and all the costs were transparent from the beginning. The installers were very knowledgeable about their work! Brent was the lead technician who came to my house to replace my slider and the team did a great job.
