Ultimate Windows. was established by Jack Perrino in August of 1989. Located in a tiny three story building he started manufacturing windows with just two employees and a single product line. The product line consisted of an all vinyl, fuse-welded double hung window and horizontal sliding windows.

I wish we called Ultimate Windows sooner. We received numerous window quotes and most of the sales people were incredibly pushy. Ultimate gave us the best quote and timeframe for our windows to be installed. Their contractor, Scott, was also very professional and his work was remarkable.
