Prices are outrageous! I could have gotten almost 2 new garage door openers installed for what they charged to repair the old one that I have and it would have been an updated version. The only reason that I gave them 2 stars was because the technician was good although he was 1 1/2 hours late from when he told me that he would be here.

My garage door opener was no longer lifting the door! :- Underwood Door Company sent Deven out to the rescue! He was polite, neat and thorough with his work and he even cleaned up the trash he created from the new opener/old opener. Very happy that I contacted Underwood and that they were able to help so quickly! Would definitely recommend.

Logan and Cubic installed a new garage door. Both were friendly and knowledgeable. Operates smoothly and quiet. Devon did preinspection, very polite and friendly. Mrs Molly in the office is so polite, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Underwood doors. I only wish I could give them higher than 5 stars!

I cannot say enough good things about this company! From the quote in the beginning to the customer service after the install at every step it was excellent, excellent, excellent! Joseph the technician was friendly, polite and super efficient and Molly in the office was great to work with. They even hauled off my old door! I would highly recommend them to anyone!
