Buyer beware! Universal window coverings will not refund your money if you are not satisfied with the fit. The professional installer measured my windows but I believe a drunk, blind sailor could've done a better job. I highly suggest that you get your own measuring tape and measure your windows to verify the "professionals" measurements before agreeing to any purchase from this company.
Their professional installer covered my electrical outlet with the bottom of the shutter frame. Not on 1 window but 2. In addition to that although the frame has pre-drilled holes for the screws to mount the shutter frame to the window, the installer only used 2/3 of the screws necessary to hold it in place. When the district sales representative came out to look at my windows she suggested we use filler blocks or build out to take up the gaps.
So what part of that is custom? When I asked if she would be comfortable having this installed in her home this way she had no response. If I'm going to spend $5300 for a custom product it would be nice for it to fit. Run as fast as you can from this company.
