Ordered 5 windows it took four weeks longer than they said to receive them. The worst part is one of them had a crack in the corner. There was no way to see the crack with the plastic. They made me pay to replace it.

Impressive Windows and Sliders From ordering, to installing, to smooth ease of operation, Milguard products are great. Windows lock tight and I can use 1 finger to open and close the slider. Bonus: one screen was damaged while installing. Yep my fault but they said sill warranted because accidents happen.
