There will be a $35.00 measurement fee due before any measuring will take place. This will be refunded in the event of buying the Installation of Doors or Windows. YES, our pricing will be competitive. There will be a $2.00 mileage fee* anything over 35 miles of our residence (this is non refundable). All the installation work we do comes with our quality craftsmanship guarantee from one year of installation. Customers will retain the measurements you have paid. We are only liable for that measurement if Van Watkins Construction does the installation. Customer MUST retain the measurements supplied to them by the Installer for product reference, installation reference, and customer reference.

Van Watkins Construction was founded 23 years ago. We grew from the handyman, to the remodeler and builder, and onto W&W Construction, and Installer for worlds largest home improvement ware house. Although only being a contractor for this great company, I feel I should also offer my service to the public. I have 12 years experience in customer service and have enjoyed just about every minute of it. Our company has specialized in replacement windows, vinyl replacement windows, energy efficient windows, pella replacement windows and anderson replacement windows. We also specialize in french doors, interior doors, exterior doors, sliding glass doors, and many others for your home.
