Bought a new insulated garage door from Paul. Price was competitive. Door had to be ordered and was in within a week. Don came out to install. Don was friendly and professional. Door looked fabulous when done. I will be needing 2 more doors and will not hesitate to buy from them again. Update: Bought another door, 2/21. Had a problem with it today 2/23/22. Spring slipped and opener shutdown. Brian came out a hour later and had me back operational in less than 30 minutes. Great company to work with.

My garage motor was old and stop working completely. I called West Metro after seeing their reviews and being quoted a reasonable price as compared to other companies I had spoken to. Brian came out same week. I was unable to get off work but left my garage accessible and he was able to replace the motor and take payment over the phone while I was at work. Very pleased with the quality and professionalism. Technician arrived on time as promised. I had ordered 2 doors and new openers, and was a little concerned with only one technician, but he assured me. I checked on progress a few times during the day, and was impressed with his focus and efforts. Don really worked to complete the job in around 6 hours. The old equipment was removed and the area cleaned to my expectations. Very happy with the The doors, their service and would highly recommend to others.
