One of the absolute worst, most unresponsive companies I've ever worked with. Unfortunately, our condo association had listed Wilcox as their preferred vendor for changing out windows in our apartment complex. I reached out to them first in Feb 2020. They came over, looked at the windows and then said they would send us a quote. 4 weeks of RADIO SILENCE, absolutely nothing until the end of March 2020.
My wife and I guessed "ok maybe their busy". We were ready to go and then of course COVID19 hit so all construction was suspended in our building. Fast-forward to October 2020, our building started to allow construction again. We reached out to Wilcox to see if we could get this done. I called four separate days, leaving a voicemail each time. They didn't call me back ever.
I finally reached someone there on my 5th call. Bob Wilcox answered the phone. RUDE AS CAN BE. He goes "I got your message, I'll call you when I have time and then hung up the phone". Is this the type of person you want to be working with? I don't think so. After waiting for him to call back for another month AND NOT GETTING A CALL BACK.
We finally convinced our condo association to let us go with another company. TLDR: AVOID WILCOX AT ALL COST. RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND THEY DON'T RETURN YOUR CALLS EVER!

We had every window and door replaced by the Wilcox company. This included frames and new construction. The quality of work was outstanding. The job was started and completed exactly by the time frame given. Great group of gus working. They cleaned up the site everyday including walking the windows. I would highly recommend this company. It was so gratifying to know they took their work so professionally and treated the job as if it was their home. Great company and better persons.
