Our condo is 40 years old and so are the sliding glass doors. Mitch Popi from Window Doctor was here today and now they roll like butter in a hot skillet. He was kind, professional, and right on time.

Window Doctor Inc came to my new home and was so thorough and professional. The technicians were knowledgeable and explained everything in a way I was able to understand. They also cleaned the small mess that my windows and sliding door made. I am so happy with them not only do I feel confident in using their services, I am also going to move forward with having new windows installed.

Their sister company was great when I spoke with them. I expected a pushy salesperson and instead found a polite individual who was ready to work with me to give me the best I could have within my budget. I recommend all new home owners as well as anyone else looking for quality service you need to be able to trust to use Window Doctor Inc!

After almost 2 years of searching for someone to replace the glass of 1 (and only 1) impact window, Window Doctor to the rescue! Mitch and Tran were respectful, cleaned everything up, and took my old cracked and moldy window. And Mitch gave me some advice on a glass slider I'm having issues with. Very pleased.

I called this company to come out and provide an estimate to fix two of the windows in my house. They were friendly and honest, letting me know they would not be able to get to my house for a few weeks but they did get me on the schedule (unlike another company who strung me out for weeks before letting me know they couldn't do the job). They even called two days before the appt. They called back a few days later to provide the estimate. I was very happy with my interaction with this company and would recommend them highly.

I received a call from the owner Marsha, telling me that my company owed them $65 for a service call. However, I never called them nor utilized their services. So as I'm trying explain this to her, she hangs up on me and tells me they will file a lien. So Apparently my tenant did use them and paid them. So Marsha calls me back says I didn't realize it was for 'so and so'. A lien won't be necessary and then hangs up again. No apology. She's completely rude and totally out of line. I don't know how people behave like or stay in business.

ONE STAR BECAUSE I WAS BERATED ON PHONE BY THE OWNER. Received a quote from technician to seal all the windows in our home. Technician who came to do the quote was extremely knowledgeable and polite and explained the issue. When we received the quote it was higher than expected and I questioned the cost. The owner called informing me that it was laughable that I thought the cost was way to high. Would use this company for their technicians who seem extremely knowledgeable and nice but will NEVER give the owner my money

The technician, Kelly Weston was fantastic. He worked like a dog for 3 days straight and was totally accommodating. He did everything I contracted for and more. I sensed he took real pride in his workmanship. He really knew his stuff. It was like watching an artist at work. The price was reasonable and at no time did I feel at all taken advantage of ( which I have by other home repair companies in the past). I would most definitely recommend the "Window Doctor" for any window and screen door needs.

Great company and great windows. We communicated back and forth for almost a year as I live in Canada and needed my windows changed in my condo on Hutchinson Island. I love my impact windows. Cleaning them is a breeze even if they are quite heavy.they are easy to remove. The installers did a fantastic job at installing them. There are no marks at all on the sills.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Prices were reasonable for replacement glass and older parts you can't find at your local hardware store. They cut the glass to exact size and was able to match the same tint. They also offer onsite service as well.

These guys did a great job of installing my new slider and windows. The service was fast and install was completed in less time than promised. The office girls were very friendly and knowledgeable too. The sales guy sold me on a quality product and was very honest with me about a product he believed in himself. All around good company.
