The technician that came to the house to wash the windows was meticulous and did an awesome job. He was also very respectful and showed up on time when he said he was coming. I would highly recommend Window Gang to clean your windows and much more!

The employees of Window Gang came in quite on time as promised, were very polite and dilligent, gave me an explanation of what they were going to do and as soon as I agreed they got to do the work. I live on a third floor, which was not an obstacle at all. The estimate was fair and the results were quite to my satisfaction. Before departing they walk me around the apartment to show me the windows. Next time I will contract them for cleaning the inside of the windows as well. I recommend them without hesitation

Easy to contact and fair pricing. I requested Window Gang to power wash the front of my house and driveway. Happy with the results. They were able to get the black mildew out of my limestone walls. Work was completed promptly and on schedule.

This is the second year I've used Window Gang. the first year the service was great. This year was off to a good start until the person I was dealing with (Claudia out of the MIami office) decided to stop responding to my calls and emails. I booked close to 2K in services including pressuring cleaning the exterior of my entire house, driveways, patio, window washing etc.

I was sent two technicians that I could not communicate with because neither one of them spoke English. I was able to get Claudia on the phone to discuss that there were certain things that were not completed with the job - including cleaning out the dryer vents and sealing all of the driveway and pressure cleaning that was done. She promised she would send someone back within a few days to get done.

Given that this was right before Thanksgiving - I waited a week before following up. Its been a total of 3 WEEKS since I had anyone back to finish the job that was started - and paid for. Someone showed up over the weekend when I was not home to attempt to seal the driveway - 3 weeks after it was originally cleaned. I have not been able to reach anyone from the offices or the numbers on the websites.

Its been radio silence from this company even after several unanswered text messages and calls to the contact's phone. Consider yourself warned before paying this company before the work is completed. Major improvements should be made on the customer service side. And I'm still waiting on a call to finish up the job that was paid for.

This company was able to provide me with a beautiful job of cleaning an older tile roof, exterior cleaning of stone exterior, and washing exterior windows, with excellent results, on short notice. This was the week before Christmas, no less, so they did need to break out the roof part of the job separately from washing the house exterior and windows, but that was fine with me. Tiffany, the scheduler, drove by to look at the house first to make sure their estimate would be correct, which allowed them to be realistic about what they would and would not be able to do by my requested date.

I appreciated her openness and can-do attitude. The guys who worked on my house, Zach and Evan, did great work and again were open and informative about their work. Cost compared favorably with a well-reviewed local competitor. It looks like a new house sprang up on my lot!

Called for a quote a few weeks prior for pressure washing our driveway. The lady on the phone looked up our address on Google maps and quoted $130.00. She said it was usually really accurate. Didn't save my info or quote and when the crew showed up and measured it was $180.00; quite a difference. We settled somewhere in between. The crew was friendly, fast and efficient and it is a lot cleaner than before but we still can see brown lines where the pressure washer went back and forth. Think I'll rent one next time and do it myself.

Very pleased with Window Gang Miami. Needed help cleaning the windows of my new property and needed to get my driveway pressure washed for a family event and they got it done urgently and reasonably priced. Would recommend them to anybody looking for quality work for the right price!

This company was straightforward about their services and very competitive pricing. Several prior companies I had contacted were trying to sell me on larger gutters and gutter screens but the nice gentleman who I spoke with was extremely helpful and explained options, he was also able to give me a fair quote by phone & a crew came to my house the next day to clean the gutters.

I opted to get a maintenance plan so this company will be cleaning the gutters two or more times per year. Very happy the prompt & professional service this company provides!

Horrible service, couldn't nail down an appointment in 2 days, text messages back and forward!

I found Window Gang on Yelp and went to their website, where I completed an easy online quotation. I got an immediate price, which seemed reasonable. The next day I was contacted by email, and when I called to follow up, they were able to schedule the work the very next day. I received a text message when the technician was on the way, and he arrived shortly afterward.

As stated on the website, he did a recount of windows, screens, etc. He quoted a revised price that was LOWER than the original - that's a first! We had only the outside windows washed, and they came out looking really good. Cleaning the screens also helped. The whole process was very quick and easy, and we are very pleased with the results.

The Window Gang cleaned inside and out every pane of glass and every screen in my home. They were quick, neat and very professional. My glass and screens are so clean we had to touch them to see if they were there! I highly recommend this company.

Excellent job today by William and Ray from the Window Gang! They washed the entire outside of our house including screens, the woodwork and tiles on our lanai. Our house looks brand new! Soo happy with the results! Also gutters and roof debris cleaned! Before they left they wiped down all trim around our windows and screens. Porch furniture put back in place. I would highly recommend the Window Gang to anybody!

Be VERY Careful with this crew! They basically have a release of liability in their invoice and so they are NOT responsible for any scratches they create! I had them come to complete a full construction cleaning of the windows on our newly built home, only to realize that they left scratches in all directions. When I called the owner of the company to come and review the windows, he basically told me that the windows were scratched prior and he was not liable as I had signed a waiver from the onset so basically too bad. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior from an owner of a big organization.

Window Gang came out on 11-20-2015. They did a great job on my windows! I must say that those windows were really dirty and they had to really scrub some areas. They did it quickly and left. I liked that!

Very professional and courteous cleaners, they did a thorough job. My roof and walk ways were sparkling when they were done. Their pricing was better than the company I had used the year before and they did a much better job. The owner stopped by to inspect the team's work during the day. I was blown away! It clearly conveyed to me that he cared about the quality work being done by his staff and hold them to high standards. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent company. Job well done. At the end of the day at the finish inspection they have realized they missed some things. They came back next day and they fixed it until perfect. Very rare experience. I definitely call them back when I need their services.
