Window Wizard

These guys are unbeatable - professional, fun to work with, honest, clean, dependable. We have employed Melissa and her crews for 15+ years and have always been very pleased with their work. Sure, problems crop up (rarely). What matters is how those issues are managed. This outfit understands the importance of stepping up, taking responsibility, and making things right - efficiently. How often can you say that about a service provider? I just love these guys and hope to work with them to keep my windows sparkling clean for many years to come!

Casey did a fast, thorough, and perfect job cleaning our windows and screens. The windows look fantastic. The price for the job was very reasonable, too.

Trying to sell my house, thought I'd get my windows cleaned. Just wish I had skipped the hassle. Be prepared to move every single thing out of the way for totally unobstructed access to the window. Also be prepared for repeated comments about what is wrong with your windows. They broke a window which took a little over a week to fix (and they paid for it and didn't try to make me pay for it--thank you).

But I got the district impression they thought it was somehow related to defective windows. The house was built in 2007 and no other windows have broken. All in all, not a fun experience and I just wished I had never called these people. I got a cheaper bid from my regular housekeeping company and think I should have just gone with that. FYI He does not take credit cards, only checks.

I had a great experience with the Window Wizard. Ed returned my call in a timely matter and scheduled an appointment for an estimate right away. Once we got a date on the calendar, two workers showed up right on time and were polite and did a great job. One worker broke a wine glass on accident while moving things out of the way to clean a window.

He was very apologetic, and I was able to replace the glass with no problem and Ed sent a check out to me right away for reimbursement. Accidents happen, right? But the way Ed handled it was impressive. I would totally use them again.

I'm not sure how their work is, but.they scheduled an estimate twice and still have not shown up. Must be pretty busy.

The work was professional, clean, thorough. It made a dreaded project (for me) go by with ease. (he also did my gutters) Next, I'll try the power wash (stucco) and see how that goes.
