Had a gentleman come by about a month ago for an estimate to replace a patio door and windows. I never heard back from them. I never received the estimate. My daughter and her husband build and remodel homes and told me they had the same experience. Must be bad management.

We first dealt with the sales person giving us the wrong information in February 2021. We had to call the office several times to get the right quote. Eventually, we had to call the owner in order to clear everything up. After not hearing from them for several months, they contacted them in August to see if the windows ever came in. Apparently they had been already shipped and no one bothered to inform us.

While we have no complaints about the installers, we continue to be in limbo about our remaining windows. One of our windows was broken during the installation and another three were ordered wrong. Also two of the windows have some kind of stain on them. We Continue to try and contact the office with no response. I would not recommend them for anyone. We are still dealing with them as of December 2021,

I called Window World to get an estimate on a window I needed to get repaired. They only do full replacements, but Kristen the Receptionist/ Admin. went over and beyond the call of duty to connect me with other window companies that could assist me even though Window World couldn't. Now if that's not customer service at it's finest I do not know what you call it! Highly recommend window world great people and Superior Customer Service. Thanks Kristen!

Had window replaced under warranty. Matthew Checked all other windows and found a second window that needed replacement. Matthew was Thorough, professional, and polite. Since this was started during a sale of the home, and finished after we took possession, he took a few minutes to give us a quick tutorial on features and operation of our windows.

I have already recommended Window World to a couple of friends doing remodels. Kristin in the office is also an asset to this company. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and followed through on all tasks.

Javier and Jose arrived on time with a great attitude! It was really important for me to have the installers not only feel but also be professional and courteous around my family. Gotta say, some of the best people I've dealt with in awhile. Windows were installed within their timeframe. Definitely transparent with their prices and process. You can go ahead and get quotes from other places but I would recommend Window World overall.
