Window World Inc Of Las Vegas

I was looking for the best deal and purchased several windows and a patio door to replace the old one. I paid extra for laminated glass, the difference is AMAZING, no more barking dogs or noisy neighbors the house is so quiet and feels like a cocoon. The installers were EXTREMELY SKILLED AND PROFESSIONAL and nice as well. I will do business with them again!

Window World of Southern Nevada did an outstanding job on the entry door and patio door replacement I had done with them! Virgil and Juan were my installers for both projects, not only did they do an awesome job. They did it efficiently both times! They were quick, straight to the point considerate and kind! I will continue to use them until further ado. Please don't hesitate to give them a shot!

Although everyone was great from owners to sales. I want to give 5 Stars to Brandon M. who came out and installed our beautiful French doors in my Master. Not only did he & his crew do a wonderful job. He communicated with us on time of arrival, was on time, professional, and respectful of our property. Brandon went above and beyond from what you'd expect.

After all was done, he left through front door and noticed it was hard to close. He immediately fixed it in all of 2 minutes! Great service and friendly! My fur baby loved him!

This firm didn't give us the lowest quote but they showed us samples and gave us realistic expectations about what we'd receive and how long the supply chain delay was likely to be. The installation was professional and the crew were pleasant to have in our home. We're very happy with the results and we'd be delighted to have Virgil, Juan and Andrew back in our home.

Contracted with Window World to have my 20 year old windows and doors replaced. Kevin was my Salesman who was upfront and honest person that was honest with his product and services. My install was completed by Brandon's group of installers. These guys were amazing. They were on time every day of my install in which they were professional, very neat and polite.

They cleaned up every day of the job as if they were never there. I would highly recommend this company for your windows and doors need. Would not only give the company 5 stars but also the installers 5 stars. Very happy customer

I contracted with Window World to replace all the windows in my 45 year old mobile home. This was not a simple retrofit and some creative modifications had to be made but the finished project is beautiful; FAR better than I expected and at a very affordable price. The team consisting of Brandon, Chaney and Andrew did an amazing job in less time than they originally estimated the job would take, and they were very professional and knowledgeable. They picked up every screw and cleaned up every scrap of debris before they left. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking to replace windows.

Looking forward to getting new windows! Put down 50% deposit, pending ordering of windows and install. Kevin was great to work with and provided the estimate, paperwork and his cell # for any questions. Wendy in the office a bit more difficult to reach, both when transferred from corporate 800 phone or call directly to local 702 number, there was no answer and had to leave a message. I will update review after installation.

The crew consisting of Virgil (lead installer), Justin and Juan showed up a few minutes early and were ready to go, right on time. They removed my slider and replaced it with a beautiful French Door. The demo and install were seamless and expedient, with the end result being a door that looked as if it was built with the house. Immaculate work with great detail. These guys are top notch professionals!

We just replaced our windows through Window World. The windows came in sooner then expected and they were out to install them the next day. Virgil, Justin and Juan did an excellent Job with the install. They were on time, very professional and very knowledgeable. They were very efficient and completed the job quickly and cleaned up after. We would definitely recommend them.

Had a great experience with window world. Good product, reasonable price, good warranty. The installation company was professional, friendly and conscientious. Wonderful service from the very start with the on-site assessment/estimate, as Jeff had insight into the materials and our existing original windows, which helped us make an informed decision. Freddy and the install team were also great - left the area clean and were courteous throughout. Overall friendly team and quality product.
