Aside from getting incorrect information every single time we called, twice I took off work and the workers never came. The door I bought over $3k was installed so poorly, it had to be redone 3 times, and repainted, and is still not acceptable, basically a used door with a paint job. The finance double charged, $24k, on a credit line of $13k, so my credit took a hit.
Plenty more stories I can share, or show if anyone is considering using Window World. Dale, the owner came out twice, but has not cared to look again, even with all the issues.

Ordered a Garage door 2/4/22. Was told it would take 12 weeks to get here. We are going on 18 weeks now. Never once received a call for update. I have actually called about 10 times now. Always tell me I will get a call back, never do. Normally have to call them the next day. They never have any info (Have no idea where my garage door is or when they will get it) and terrible Customer service. If you want a company that will communicate with you after you put thousands down, this is not the one.
