Ordered three replacement windows through the Houston office June 15, 2010 - installation due August 1, 2010. It is now the middle of October and we have no windows nor do we have the refund check that we were promised on September 11, 2010. We have made many calls both to the Houston office (Iris) and the Atlanta office (Michael) and have been argued with and lied to day after day. Unfortunately, it seems as if we are going to have to get our attorney involved in order to receive our money. Very unprofessional and unreliable company. Steer clear.
