Everything was done well through the installation. After the inspection, we contacted them to have the job completed. This entailed putting the strips in that cover the screws. It's been a month and the job has not been finished. We have called and called and just get the run around. Last week we were told that Mr Zager would come out and do this.

We were also told he would probably call the next day to set it up. We have not heard anything. Due to how the furniture is configured in some of the rooms we are unable to put the furniture back in place.

Regret our choice in window companies. Installation did was not as good of quality as the other window companies that have serviced our townhomes in the neighborhood. I expressed to the owner how disappointed I was in this ugly trim on the outside stucco where other companies repair and paint the stucco to give it a clean look and match everyone else's unit.

Picture show has what looks to be a floor molding put around the window over the stucco. This molding doesn't even fit the look of our townhome. Owner does not respond to emails to f you have an issue. We did not get what we paid for. We ordered bronze exterior and white inside to meet our HOA rules. We removed the screens to protect them only to find the bronze was not done completely on the outside and it sticks out like a sore thumb. Other new window owners to not have this issue. Picture also depicts the white exterior of the window that they didn't shade in bronze.

We hired them because a couple other people in our neighborhood used them. They didn't indicate they had any issues to me at that time. Their window prices are competitive. We were able to choose between PGT or Custom Window Design. The windows took several months longer than promised which we could understand. Installation- we were not pleased at all.

We live in townhouses and our windows must meet their criteria. These installers did a framing around the windows instead of fixing the stucco properly like all other companies do. Then they tried to tell us they weren't going to repair the paint which was something we had discussed with the sales person. We later found out that they did the same thing to our neighbors and we had to go to bat for them.

We had several other window issues along the way and ultimately the process took a full year. We have now found that there were some short cuts taken when the windows were made because we had to pay extra for bronze outside and white inside. We have recently taken all the screens out only to find that the windows were not bronze and the white stands out from far away.

During the different issues I tried communicating to the owner. He very rarely returns emails. Now he is totally unresponsive. The window maker was out at our house at one point and confirmed that everyone has issues with the owner. My advice, go to someone else.

Had Zager come out to install some windows. The crew was kind, respectful and very efficient. Would definitely recommend.

In addition to providing the lowest estimate for PGT windows than all the other seven companies, they arrive exactly in time for all the appointments, and provided excellent information and advise. The installation crew are experts in their trade and installed the windows flawlessly. I will definitely use this company for all future window upgrades and highly recommend them to anyone.

Windows by Zager recently replaced all of the windows in my third floor condo. I was extremely impressed with the initial sales presentation. Rather than a hard sell approach, I was given an in-depth presentation on the product line. The ordering process, timeline for manufacturing and inspection requirements were all fully explained. The installation crew was on time, hardworking and also intent on making sure you understood the workings of the windows. 100% satisfied with the company, the product, the personnel and service provided!

I recently had Windows by Zager replace all of my windows and doors with hurricane (impact) doors and windows, they did a fantastic job! The installers were on time and finished early, they clean up as they go, such a professional job. I highly recommend Windows by Zager!

I used Zager to replace all the windows in my house. I was super impressed with the service and their knowledge of their products. They don't have all the gimmicks of some of the competitors but their prices are good and the windows are excellent. I would use them again for sure!
