We had several contractors bid on our job but went with Windows Plus based on their professional approach. It turned out they had a great showroom to see actual products to be used on our home, instead of small carry-in samples other contractors showed us. Surprisingly, they were actually less than the other guys, even though their warranties and products were superior. Their installer John and his crew did a beautiful job and great cleanup!

Windows Plus did a fantastic job on my windows so naturally when I needed a roof I went to them. I was given an estimate by a sub-contractor. I wrote a check and had a contract. I was then called and told that Ed said the estimate was too low and they would have to re-evaluate. I decided that anyone can make a mistake and the man was so nice that I decided not to hold them to their contract. After many phone calls and weeks, Ed finally came over and looked at the roof. It took another 4 days to get an estimate. I explained that he gave me an estimate on work I didn't want done. He said he would get back to me and never did. After many phone calls I did finally get my check returned to me. I went with another area roofer and I was quite happy. Very disappointed.
