Horrible Experience! Waited Nearly 5 months for small exterior windows for my basement. Was told numerous amounts of time that our order is on transit. When asked for my money back. Rogers response was we do not do returns! How is that possible when I still haven't received my windows? Beware!

Mr. Kinsler gave a fair quote but the installers cracked my kitchen window and didn't have the time to cover the hole because it was on a Friday. Luckily my neighbor helped cover it until they came back. Very unprofessional team, half of them looked as if they were ready to go the bar after work. I wasn't born yesterday I know what beer smells like.

We use this company for all of our door and window installs at my work. However, I got to use them a few weeks ago at my own home. We had to get a sliding glass door replaced. I can't say enough good about the product and the employees that installed it. It wasn't as easy as am install as they thought it would be. However, they got it done in the end and it looks great! They didn't leave a mess and cleaned up after themselves. I will continue to recommend this business. Thanks.

We are building a new home and ordered all of our windows and doors from them. They are great to work with. There was an issue (not their fault) on a garage door and they took care of it. I would recommend them to anyone looking for windows or doors - new construction or replacement.

I hired Winter Seal Products 20 years ago to remove all of my original wood windows in my house near Cherokee Park, and replace them with vinyl windows, and it was the best money I ever spent. The whole project paid for itself in reduced electric bills, because my electric heat pump did not have to work as hard heating my house in the winter. Vinyl windows are superior to wood windows.

I still have those vinyl windows today, and they look like new. They open from the inside, and you can swing them inward, and easily clean both sides of the panes from inside of your house, without having to go outside and climb up a ladder. Really clever engineering. I also purchased an aluminum awning from Winter Seal, which they installed over a drive-thru window at my business. I am very pleased with my new awning. Excellent quality aluminum. Excellent craftsmanship. Excellent service. I have nothing but praise for Winter Seal Products.
