Both young men were excellent workmen, the installation is beautiful, the work was completed in just one day. Our experience was great. This was a replacement for a bathtub and that had seen some neglect from not being well maintained due to some difficult circumstances with the property. The sales process, while cordial, was a little too high pressure and required me to make decisions without being able to consult other ownership parties. That was the only thing we were really not completely comfortable with, with regards to this project. Stan the installer did a great job and completed the work with a minimum of disruptions.
His work was completed quickly and the new shower and flooring look great. While we didn't go crazy with the options that were available, the end product is visually appealing. He cleaned up the area, probably better than it was before he started and left no materials or debris behind for us to have to dispose of. That was worth quite a bit to us since we do not have much free time to coordinate waste disposal.
The part of the project that Tracy and his team went over and above what was expected was the installation of the owner supplied items. We had a delivery issue with the replacements toilets and Tracy was very patient with us trying to resolve that issue with a major home improvement company that really came up short with their customer service. Once we switched suppliers and got replacement items delivered, Tracy coordinated the return of the plumbers to complete that portion of the project.
We are very happy with that communication and follow up to get that installation completed. Overall, we are happy with the end product and would recommend looking into Your Home Improvement Company if you have the need for custom built replacement for your tub or shower.

Update: Upon contacting Home Depot and leaving a review, we received a prompt response and our issues were resolved. The local manager, Anthony, was very helpful in resolving this, and due to the company returning our money we are agreeing to raise our review, but for the sake of honesty and accountability, I will leave a brief account of our experience.
We were quoted $20k to replace our 32x32 stand up shower with an acrylic insert/fixtures. After the 2hr presentation we felt pressured to pay 50% down during the meeting in order to receive a 10% discount. It didn't feel right, and in accordance with our contract we had 3 days to cancel without penalty. I emailed informing them that we were canceling.
I received a phone call from the sales rep (and was not pressured to maintain the sale, which was appreciated) but was not provided any written confirmation of canceling. After trying to reach the company several more times through 3 difference numbers and email, we were left without any further response from the company, leaving us upset and worried about our funds not being returned. Anthony was great in walking us through the cancellation process and promptly sent confirmation via email.
I also appreciate that he noted he will actively be working with his corporate counterparts to resolve the lack of communication/being able to reach a customer service representative in a timely manner. As this is an established and reputable company, with a relatively new location here in the PNW, I do hope going forward they understand the importance of maintaining communication with clients, regardless of the status of their commitment.

The folks at YHIC replaced a very beat up bathroom from the 50s. Their focus is on the tub and/or shower as well as the flooring, which was replaced with their proprietary tile product. In addition, they installed a new sink and toilet we purchased. The results look great, the work was completed very quickly, and it was a great value. We had one issue with a drainage problem in the bathtub, but the team kept on top of it and got it fixed for us, despite the challenges of finding plumbers with the time nowadays!
