I've been going to Screens and Things for years now. Really suprised me to find out they do showers, glass, and mirrors in addition to screens, doors, and windows. Great customer service, orders are in usually before my estimated lead time, and products are always top quality.

The intake person lied to me about what the technician could do, didn't get the tech to call me about what repair was done or lubricate the door during the service call or let me know the total credit charges (I had to give my cc # up front). She didn't disclose that there is travel time charged.

Completely great in every way shape and form :-)
