Fast and resonal priing I call and had same day service

Personable salesman, but communication with non-english speaking work crew is problematic. Salesman talked me out the window brand that I orginally wanted to buy, and sold me the brand he wanted to push. Siding job generally ok, but less than perfect. I will use another company for future improvement

I had him put aluminum siding on the outside trim of my house. His guys showed up on time, finished in 3 days, did good work. Very pleasant and professional to do business with. Didn't ask for payment until after the job was finished and I was pleased. I was pleased and will call them again.

I had Reliable out this week to repair my doors I want to say one there sames day service with in two hours was great there rate was reasoable and and I have two doors that are working perfect I would give them a mark of above norm on price and service

We hired Security Doors of Baltimore to replace two entry doors and we are very pleased with the product and the service. I guess we have had some bad luck with contractors, but these guys did what they said they would do, on time, and with care. The owner came to our house and did not behave

They did a great job replacing the roof on my home in Catonsville. They arrived on time and cleaned up before they left. They also replaced the gutters. The new gutters have covers so they won't get clogged with leaves any more. I hired them to insulate the attic as well. I hope to save some

Brian at American Home and Hardware was great! They have provided me with everything I have asked for with prices I could not beat throughout the entire construction of my house.

I bought a new outdoor lantern, address plaque, entry handleset, and all new emtek levers and hinges for the inside of my house. They sent a guy named George to install everything. Looks Amazing! Great Job Guys!

After inital phone contact, it took one week for an estimator to come out and look at my job. Once he left, I had to initate all of the phones calls in order to find out pricing and availability. To this day (three weeks later) I have yet to receive a call back from these guys. I do not recommend.

The estimate on or picture window was fast and competitive. The work was done quickly and the installers left no mess. We are going to use them for our replacement windows. We would highly recommend Baltimore Aluminum.
