I called and talked to a real person. Not a recording and not a third party answering service. That has been unusual for many roofing contractors. This is a good sign, incase of an emergency leak. They can be contacted. I would say this is a good place to do business!

Fulton Lumber, the other lumber company in Wauseon. Often forgotten for Wauseon Woodworking, Fulton might be the better choice for the builder and do it yourselfer. They have a large range of products and a knowledgable staff. If you are in the area, look for Fulton right off the tracks.

It took multiple times over 2 years for them to somewhat get the grid work close to being right on my windows. At one point I had to email them photos of the windows that were done properly so they could attempt to get the incorrect windows redone. The customer service is essentially nonexistent.
